Defo agree this is potentially a market disrupting technology and concept. However, can some explain the following question to me???

According to this article below:
https://blog.icoalert.com/ico-alert-report-oyster-ffda53924db6

The PRL coin is pegged to storage. I.e., 1 PRL buys you a 1GB storage on the pearl network for 1 year. So now if you look at cloud storage prices ranging from $0.1 to $0.24 for the same service, how can PRL price be at what it is at now??? For an end user, I can understand if they prefer anonymous distributed storage over say Google or Evernote services, but at a more than 100% premium???

Unless someone can explain this to me as I can easily be missing something out here, but if I'm not, then personally, I would value PRL realistically between $0.1 to $0.35, anything beyond this range represents trading opportunities given the fundamentals.

You're the 280th person to ask this in the last hour or so. https://www.reddit.com/r/oysterprotocol/comments/7lj71l/whitepaper_update_data_storage_will_now_scale/

YOu should consider buying coins with low marketcap because the whales can easily manipulated its price, you will lose a lot of money if that happens.

We should consider, or reconsider buying coins with low market caps?

I think and hope most people understand how coins can be bought and manipulated yes.

Got in at 0.04$ luckily after reading up on two or three days ago. How much further can / will this go now in the short term do you think?
Any ideas if the money raised from selling dev's fund will go to a bigger one like Binance?

Hi illusionspeak,

Presale

The price of the DADI token has been set at $0.25 USD (0.000754 Eth at the time of writing) for the Presale. The Presale is capped at $2.5 million USD.

1 ETH = 1,326 DADI tokens

This represents a 50% discount on the Public sale price.

Public sale

The price of the DADI token has been set at $0.50 USD (0.001508 Eth at the time of writing) for the Public sale. The Presale is capped at $25 million USD.

1 ETH = 663 DADI tokens

-

Exchange rates will be set ahead of the raise start date in January and will be fixed for the duration of the sale.

Are you capping the pre-sale investors individual amount? Or locking that in some way (highly doubt the latter). Otherwise we can obviously wait for the guaranteed pre-sale investor dump with the 50% cut price they got. Who are the investors invited to the pre-sale? Can you share any public information about that? Could this even be the three founders or parts of the team?

Is the price fixed to 0.25$? What happens if ETH goes on a big pump again during the ICO?

Why are you guys entering into this blockchain space? DADI has been through several business pivots it seems, from content and digital agency, to a data agency, to a technology agency (CMS / CRM / general online ad stuff) and now with an added blockchain layer to what you already did. Why is this time around going to be a lasting success when it previously never did?

It seems that you are basically adding blockchain to what you did before and now proudly you're telling everyone that you "already have a working product". Add a blockchain layer to a local food shop and boom they are already ahead of a lot of (in the future) worthless ICOs.

Allow for us to be a bit skeptical. Since it's been apparent that lots of companies are now heading into the blockchain space all of a sudden seeking a quick buck for themselves (founders) and their partners. It's time for us all to be even more skeptical and critical of the numerous token sales.
