Usually I avoid ICOs but your project is something completely different! The exchange you are developing is what people need, and the conditions for investors are very attractive! I admire you for caring about your investors and for having strong token economics. Got whitelisted, I'm sure you will be the best ICO this year!
Guys, a lot of us make money on trading and sometimes there's an excess that you don't need. Do you think it's a good idea to donate part of the profits to charity? Whom would you suggest helping first?

They are a group originally out of Oxford that have sat down and calculated the most effective way to spend money in order to improve quality and length of lives.
As to the question of whether you should, I think there is a strong argument for saying yes, up to a point. Other people, who out of no fault of their own are born into abject poverty rather than a crypto-lined spoon, are suffering horribly, and all it takes to help them is a small percentage of the free money that many of us are making. So yes, I think you should, at least as much as you can afford without seriously hindering your own life and goals, and I do so myself.
Thank you for the link! And thank you guys for expressing your position on donating to charity. I think I will start with local community and try and help people directly with no middle men. That way I will be sure that my donation goes the right way. I will look more into reputable charity organizations to maybe make donations through them to help people I can't help all by myself.
You should risk only what you can afford to risk, simply start with small amounts and learn to be calm. And another thing, always diversify your investments. Bitcoin will surely grow but if you want to make money on trading, learn about other currencies as well.

My little brother is a teenager and the only big problem I see is too much video games. I've tried to play Overwatch with him, it is colorful and girl characters are sexy and I think it's done so intentionally so that youngsters get addicted with games. I don't know what to do about it.
Listen, I'm a girl and I don't feel treated unequal. If you see some girl getting harrassed for no reason, then do something about it. you won't become a victim of you don't let yourself to be one. Grow as a person and build your character and try to help others. IMO that's the only way

I suggest you diversify your investments, it's always safer to have more options. I used to only have bitcoin and now 50% I diversify, keep an eye on exchange rates and growth rates of various different currencies, if not for trading right away but to learn about them to see bigger picture!
For me bitcoin is literally a half of my belongings and a huge part of my life as I do trading for living

I think it's all about trust - the more of us trust bitcoin the more potent it gets as a currency. Same goes to other crypto currencies, the more people possess one, the more legit it is.
From what I know, you can bruteforce private keys but it could take almost forever to do that and you would need a quantum computer to do that within reasonable period of time... so I'd say it's extremely unprobable that will ever get hacked.
Every popular video on YouTube that explains bitcoin is suitable pretty much for everyone. And kids these days are smart and if the video is not too technical - they will get it, at least my little brother who's 8 got it.. I think that explaining fiat money and how federal reserve works and all that is way harder than crypto!

Well some of the early enthusiasts are definitely a part of the wealthiest 1% of the world population but I wouldn't call myself such names even though I'm an active trader and that's what I do for living now. A lot of people would envy me for being able not to work in the office but I can't afford myself to just relax and do nothing - I have to actively trade to make profits so that basically excludes me from the "wealthy elite" I guess..
Diversification is always a smart decision, bitcoin and eth are strong but you never know if this trend continues, especially witch such diversity on the market. I would keep at least 50% on alts.
It's the best time to buy bitcoin as well as other major currencies, I've invested a lot in bitcoin and will now wait for the positive trend and keep an eye on altcoins to stock up with. Great time for those who had no opportunity to buy in September!
