Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions
by
sukmo

That would probably end up in a messy thread but I hope it doesn't. Each fight means a discussion about the skills of each boxer, their statistics and experience, odds, etc. If 5 matches are discussed in a single thread, that thread will not only become disorganized but grow into one spammy megathread.

I think we should do it the way we've done it before instead of making it such that some people won't be notified of the new match and ask to not effectively discuss the upcoming match when compared to each having their own thread.

Maybe for me and for some, I'd like a specific discussion about a particular boxing match so we can think about the strengths and weaknesses of each fighter and provide hints or tips for those who like to bet. certain fights, the flow of discussion will always be themed about one particular match.

Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈

There may be that each team in either division plays each of their divisional rivals twice; once away and once at home. They also played every team in the other divisions once, for a total of ten games. The two teams with the highest winning percentages in each division will face each other again for one playoff game, then the two remaining teams play for the league championship.

However it doesn't seem like a lot of points were scored, which is a bit of a meh, but let's see. Landry Jones is set to start for Dallas, while LA will have Chad Kanoff in the middle - never heard of that name. Wikipedia says, that he was signed by the Cardinals as an unplanned FA and also remains with the Lions and Bucs. But he didn't go beyond training squads with these teams. Maybe it'll take a small kick in Dallas.

Re: Elon Musk says the price of BTC will rise
by
sukmo
on 15/12/2022, 03:31:14 UTC
Anyone can say the same thing but few can really weigh the statement. As he has mentioned, Bitcoin will see a rise but don't expect an instant boost. On implementation, those who can wait will have to wait as it could still be months before we see any clear signs of recovery. But in the end, elon musk doesn't carry the fate of this industry, things can change so it's up to you to choose what to do.

Maybe in my mind, Elon was just trying to reduce his investment if he had done so before. Because you didn't even mention the link to the tweet and a lot of people would find what you said above to be less credible.

I think you should also realize this. People don't even know about the exact time of the upcoming bullish trend. There's no ETA for when winter will end either.

Re: Is pay to earn considered gambling?
by
sukmo
on 06/12/2022, 14:16:59 UTC
That's a gamble.

I've done that with my friends when we go from places to places just to play competitive games and have money on the line. That's normal for most of the games even in RPG games where there's PVP. I've seen people betting on who's the strongest.

Today, with most competitive games are online, it's easier to bet and have someone on their end that will just have to pay and sent the payment through online transfers or crypto, too easy to bet and play these days.
Most of the games for stake come with a contest involving multiple players trying to win a prize by placing a small bet and that is how they are usually made of money to fund that settlement. But in tournaments, the costs for event organizers are more than fees.

It's just the idea of putting money in and getting more in return, but on an in-depth look at the scenario, it could be different. Likewise with playing to get the game.

An investor will invest money as capital to get more money from the game. "more serious competition with serious & skilled players". It's not about making money, it's about participating and playing against good players, it's about how you hone your skills.

Re: Women and gambling.
by
sukmo
on 05/12/2022, 11:22:43 UTC
First of all in your narrative because it seems very unusual in your country for women to gamble in public but I guess in places like the US women are allowed and treated the same to gamble because you will see lots of women. in a physical casino even with a few bottles of good beer to relieve the tension and anxiety involved in the game.

And secondly in my opinion no one can confirm how women are treated with regards to gambling in my area because I haven't paid much attention to this topic, but there are no restrictions on women who gamble in my environment.

Maybe some people always or often experience that, when a beautiful woman wants to bet at say in a game of roulette and the table is full, you will give the man and woman themselves space so he can bet. So with that said, I'd say it's normal to give way.

Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting
by

on 05/12/2022, 02:34:21 UTC
The last game the Lakers were close to losing to the Clippers, and I think despite the injuries, they will play strong to win this game. They are in a playoff spot now and I think this team has pride and will prove they can win even without their best players. I think there's something wrong with the line, seems like a lousy bet to me.

The Blazers have been in hype lately when betting the Warriors on the road, and once again they will be playing on the Road against the not so popular team that is the kings. The line is +1.5 to the Kings, but I like their odds because they have a great ATS record which is (11 - 5 Homes).

While the Spurs aren't doing very well, maybe skip this one and go with ML rockets instead, I'd love to see more people here share their thoughts and insights with upcoming games, let's share some knowledge with each other and give some useful pointers on why we place our bets. Good luck to everyone.

Re: Why are crypto devs so greedy
by
sukmo
on 28/11/2022, 02:13:02 UTC
To be honest, most of us all have greed, when we join a project, we want to profit from them, so do they, don't blame them or blame them. As long as we control our greed, if you are not greedy, don't want thousand percent profit and you invest in bitcoin then you will never fall into their trap. The market is a battlefield, where there is only 1 winner and 1 loser, there is never a winner winner situation.

There are however Guidelines that will scrutinize, penalize some lawbreakers or criminals who make investors suffer. It's hard to come up with a perfect solution for everything but with the right encouragement I think the crypto community will do better.

We all also have to understand that with the consent given at the beginning of your registration before agreeing to it, we cannot blame the platform if it is your negligence. the best solution is to find a platform that is responsive to unusual transaction activity and can compensate its customers if it is the fault of the platform itself.

Re: Elon Musk says the price of BTC will rise
by

on 27/11/2022, 11:21:24 UTC
Most Likely As he has mentioned, Bitcoin will but don't expect an instant boost. On implementation, those who can wait will have to wait as it could still be months before we see any clear signs of recovery. But in the end, elon musk doesn't carry the fate of this industry, things can change so it's up to you to choose what to do. However, it seems very bleak with what is happening at this time.

It will drop first and then recover when it reaches a support level around the $14k range. I thought it was best to be positive, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's hard to predict what will happen to the market, but make sure you can do what you can afford to lose.

But then again there was no guarantee that the words he spoke would bear any fruit. Bitcoin doesn't depend on anyone even the richest people in the world. As for the future of bitcoin, it will always, always be bright and everyone here knows and doesn't need someone to show us. And you need to know further that, Elon used to be a market manipulator for profit. Do your own research and make your own judgment. Don't take anyone's advice, this market has no one to trust.

Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run?
by
sukmo
on 26/11/2022, 04:08:51 UTC
it is possible and most likely Elon Musk will continue to promote other coins as well. But it's more likely that Musk will promote those coins which will put him in an advantageous position and care less about how that might impact the market.

So that's the main reason he doesn't promote any other coin unless it can show that it can add to his wealth. I'm not someone to say Musk is wrong; I'm just saying that's what I'm also going to do as an entrepreneur and try to increase my wealth as well. but why Elon Musk constantly writes about Dogecoin is not clear, most likely Elon Musk invests in Bitcoin and Dogecoin and therefore.

Elon Musk constantly advertises these two cryptocurrencies on his Twitter, and in general it doesn't matter for what reason Elon Musk wrote about these cryptocurrencies, the main thing is that after his message the growth of these two cryptocurrencies started, and this is the main thing.

Re: Will Shiba INU tokens continue to rise?
by
sukmo
on 25/11/2022, 14:19:40 UTC
maybe with a value that is too cheap, of course the criteria for becoming a good coin are still too early. Moreover, the potential for a decline is also very likely to occur and it is not impossible for the shiba inu (SHIB).

so it's true what you say, so be careful to buy and invest with coins that can not be valued quickly, because they only do a momentary surprise in upgrades. always analyze well, especially if this is a coin meme, it's clear that there will always be surprises that we can't predict in the future. but be prepared to lose money if the opposite happens.

So I think the best approach is to invest what you can afford to lose and determine what to invest in over time. If you trust it, maybe buy it gradually and average your entry point. but if you believe if this token can reach 1 trillion marketcap then it is still profitable to buy this token but if you think this token has reached its peak price it will not be profitable anymore.

You have to think about whether a platform that doesn't have this product can be worth a lot of money until its marketcap hits a marketcap of trillions like bitcoin.

Re: USDT or BNB?
by
sukmo
on 25/11/2022, 09:07:40 UTC
maybe If you or all of us have BEP20 USDT network you will be billed in BEP20 BNB onwards. Based on that, to answer your question, BNB or USDT based on BEP20/BEP2 is cheap to exchange. I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but this answer is based on my knowledge.

if anything, the fees will be much lower than those built on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain and you can compare the fees to the Binance coin (BNB) in BC which should be the same.

On Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), the fees are much lower, BNB and USDT are both on BSC, the fees are also low and should be the same. but it also has to be seen from the network that you use in the market, namely GAS. so from here we can determine whether you are using the ETH or BNB network. if you use an eth-based network, of course, judging from the GWEI at that time, it can be expensive and it can also be cheap. and if you go through BNB it's usually lower

Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors?
by
sukmo
on 25/11/2022, 06:18:30 UTC
Instead of leaving no doubt that ALTs make a lot of money for both short and long term investments, you can examine the potential of alts on CMC or coin gecko, by comparing the trading volume of BTC with the top 50 alt coins.

And then you will understand the power of alts and how much people invest in them for passive income sometimes people come buy when the market is bullish and never come when the market is bearish, so it's time to take some for long term investment at least next 1 to 2 years it will be profitable for you, not guarantee for short term investment, but do further research which altcoin good for you, go and see MATIC and BNB. so be careful in choosing it. That's because too many altcoins will only give you a hype feeling but in the end, it will wear off and you will never like it.

Bitcoin, altcoin or any project, you should choose the best based on what you know about them.

You DYOR before investing your money but if you trade you can just look it up on the exchange, see the volume and make it right.

Re: The market will come back bigger again

sukmo
on 23/11/2022, 09:00:38 UTC
we and some of the majority of people holding crypto can only wish he had more cash now to buy while at this low point. but the fear is still here yet.

they're still waiting for the FTX effect to roll in, crypto forecasters have been saying. We've all seen examples like that before and the market always manages to bounce back. It's just that we are still facing the problem that caused the market crash a few months ago.

Given the sudden positive swings in the market price but I doubt it is already the start of a bullish season. And this is why there are investors who look forward to rising market prices because profits are guaranteed in the end That doesn't mean that the end of crypto is near. This is basically just another opportunity for buyers to purchase these high-priced coins at affordable prices.

So we need to take this bear market positively, and take full advantage of it. What's more it is the end of the year, this time as seen before, all crypto is picking up the pace, so buy in moderation and hold on for a while. Then enjoy the benefits later.

Re: Which coin is more green?
by
sukmo
on 23/11/2022, 02:11:06 UTC
however in the world of cryotocurency, this competition for processing power has led to excessive increases in GPU prices as well as high energy requirements limiting already inefficient power supplies. Although most of China's miners use surplus hydroelectricity, people in countries like Iran and the US depend on fossil fuels for mining.

So if you have a coin that has a high market cap (lots of people mining it because it's profitable), guaranteed with a lot of energy, and nothing to use for transactions (low traffic), then we have a situation on which network is too secure, miners are mining empty block and all this power is wasted. The greenest POW projects are those where all blocks are filled to the limit all the time (ETH, BTC) maybe as well (SOL, BNB)

Re: What is Trust wallet and is it safe?
by
sukmo
on 19/11/2022, 06:59:50 UTC
It is true that you cannot change the address on a trustwallet unless you are going to create a new wallet with a new seed phrase but metamask supports multiple wallet addresses using a single seedphrase which is nearly identical to a BTC wallet except that it does not display the total balance on all wallet addresses that include the phrase single seed. I think it depends on the user experience on the trust wallet.

From my own experience with trust wallets, I can say it is very secure as I have never been hacked, had my wallet opened, or any other unpleasant situations using Trust wallets. Others may have a different experience.

But do one thing right if you protect yourself with a trust wallet or some other wallet and you are disciplined you have nothing to worry about. I've been using TW for over a year now and everything is fine, no issues or complaints for me. It's one of the trading apps I use. I don't know if it's going to be naughty tomorrow but so far so good so far.

Re: Tornado Cash sanctions as the beginning of the end of privacy coins?
by
sukmo
on 18/11/2022, 10:20:12 UTC
It's true that there are still exchanges that are still listed and the government can't do anything with them, they can order certain exchanges to take them down but they can't dictate everything.

Governments can't do anything directly to the project but they can always target exchanges to take them down or create laws restricting users from owning as any crypto starts to get regulated. Privacy coins may continue to exist but there is no guarantee that users will continue to use them as the government itself will do whatever it takes to restrict users from acquiring these kinds of tokens.

if it's truly 100% decentralized, any sanction won't affect it because anyone can still use it. The price of privacy coins is based on demand and supply, so since the sanctions are primarily focused on privacy coins, it may drop the price due to panic and reduced demand. IMO holding privacy coins long term is not a good option as government always enforce KYC submission which will eliminate privacy issues.

Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in?
by
sukmo
on 18/11/2022, 02:15:06 UTC
If this is true, you can diversify on the top 20 cryptocurrencies from coinmarketcap. Definitely you will get good returns as expected. Invest carefully, as the market is in a bit of a fluctuating mode which is great for making regular profits trading.

But if you are very new, then just wait for the price drop and make the investment. This will make you profitable in the short term. Also, do your own research and invest in a potential coin presale, as most worthwhile projects use to mark a minimum of 2x to 5x once listed on an exchange for trading. and your knowledge into the project which is your idea and you can control it easily, it is much better than investing in some altcoins, where you do not know how things will happen in future.

And then I'll also bring bitcoin into the discussion, sorry I think it's the best investment, not even any altcoin can match it so far. security, not refunds but how secure the network is and that's really important if you're going to put a large amount of money into a cryptocurrency it has to be a coin that's not only solid on the outside, but the network and the blockchain as well.
