Dev didn't mention that fact that they develop service to provide another systems ability to create their own masternode systems on top of KMC and protected by cryptonight algorithm. Now you know da way  .

You need to wait or add another request to point to the issue with coin wallet. This exchange works good, even if the issue is real they will fix it.

Test period, if something goes in the wrong way there will be less damage or fuss for devs team. You need to understand this precautions.
