international shipping?
Yeah just pm me or reply back a country and region/city. I'll just go by the USPS rate and tradehill average weighted price so you can look that up yourself too. Or pick a carrier of your choice if you don't like USPS.

SSD/Hard drives for sale
by

Intel SSD 510 120GB bought it because it was cheap after rebate but ended up not needing it 12 BTC OBO

4 x WD Black 2 TB used these in my raid storage array but dont do video anymore and these are an overkill 7 BTC OBO

Add 1 BTC USPS flat rate shipping. I will combine shipping so whatever you buy is only 1BTC shipping.

EDIT

i know you guys are worried but i can explain.

The ssd was bought at newegg for $190 after rebate ($40 or $50) and cash back ($12) and a newegg gift card ($40) and new customer discount ($10)
It was such a good deal i couldn't resist but i ended up wasting my money.

the black drives were not bought as black drives. if you buy a 2TB WD Elements, you may find a black drive inside. someone figured out that the one with certain serial numbers mean its a black drive inside. i got these for $70 + tax at target. heres the thread discussing this:
http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/1047887/m15402749/#m15402749

i know im a real cheapo, the coupon clipping kind but hey, stuff is cheaper and i just wanted to pass on the savings to you. i could try to make a profit but i doubt you guys will be interested in them if i jack up the price.

i have an ebay i havent used in a few months so if no one here buys it itll go up there but i want bitcoins and ebay has fees and other gayness.

It's a abit ip35 pro. I took the 6970 out and it ran fine for 24 hours. So I got a riser with a molex plug and now it still crashes when I put both in.

Oh...
I'm running a 6970 and the 5970 on a Corsair TX850. I thought the red light could also mean overheating because it lit up when the card overheated.

This price isn't all that special. www.9mart.com has been selling extenders @ 2 for $9 (free shipping) for a long time.

+1 on 9mart...they took a few weeks but they state that.

Dealxtreme is good too...I have ordered things from them in the past.
+1 for 9mart. shipping is ok speed. just order ahead of time. i have a bunch stocked up in case i expand.

HD5970 red lights
by

I have a PowerColor 5970 and after its been mining for a while it crashes the system (linuxcoin latest) and the fan goes to 100% and these two red lights on the back come on. I undid my core overclock and it's still doing that. temps are about 75-80.
Is this a hardware issue or what?

At least it's a few hundred GH/s that aren't mining on the Bitcoin network.  Lower re-target, here we come!
+1
we need more of these forks

Re: Smartcoin Linux mining administration. [MULTI-MACHINE SUPPORT NOW IN!]
by
sunny day
on 11/08/2011, 20:11:56 UTC
I can't get smartcoin to run the miners. on the localhost page all the miners say idle and occasionally a bunch of "aticonfig: no supported adapters are found" messages scroll by. on the log page i try to manually run the phoenix command but it gives me a kernel not found error.

when i run aticonfig manually it works but only when i sudo it.
i normally use cgminer and that works with my cards just fine.
AMDOverdrive also detects the cards fine.
any ideas jondecker?

What linux distro are you running under? What install guide did you use?
You can run smartcoin as root, but that means you will also need to run the installer as root to set things up
I'm running linuxcoin final. i uninstalled the the one that came with it cuz it was outdated and then installed it from the svn. i used the instructions on the wiki.
yeah running as root gives me a bunch of not found errors.
