The domain mybitcointrade.com and the code has been sold to Viktor (Skype: viktor.nachajew ).
The transfer of the domain is still in progress, until this is finished, the page will stay in mainteance.
Account-data for the forum has been sold too (this is my personal last post).
The old team of mybitcointrade wasn't able to keep the project running under this circumstances (loosing users, bad reputation, etc.).
We're not very happy to do this step, but that many withdrawals in the last time and the replies in the forum didn't give us the power and the engagement to work on.

We will close our saving books, to prove we're not scamming anybody. We will pay out every open book, but it won't be possible to create some new.
All left on mybitcointrade will be the fonds, they will still be running, even if the saving books ran out.
It will take some months to pay out every saving book (until the running time will be at its' end).
We're sorry for that step, but we think that is one possible way to prove, we're not some ponzi/scamming sheme.
Probably, if that will give us some trust, we are going to start it again one day, but that's in the future
All payments will be done, they can be delayed a bit, because of the mtgox-daily limit (as mentioned before). I don't really get why you can't wait just 48hours for your coins. I repeat myself, when i'm saying, stay calm and wait for the first negative experience reported in with our service, up to this point, why not give us a chance? I didn't see one unsatisfied customer in the whole time, but many haters and some nervous people. I can understand, that it's not the best thing to wait for his money, but we didn't expect, that some trouble on the forum can have such negative influence on our buisnes. Many thanks to all those people who made this possible, you're awesome (.... not). Sorry to all our regular customers who had the trust in our service so long, we hopefully will be back
So long you can do investments in the fonds, if you like to or just wait until the saving books are up again.
Don't get it wrong, we don't close because we cannot ensure service anymore, but we close to do a little proof on the seriousity of our buisness.

I'm happy to see that much interest on our project, even if the interest seems to have a negative touch.
To clear it out at this point, we haven't scammed anyone in the past and we are not going to do this in the future.
If you think/guess/assume that we're a big russian scam/ponzi/stock generation or whatever kind of bad buisness, I'm totally fine with that and I won't invest more time than I already did to convince anybody from the opposite/truth (and you should simply not invest any coins to our service.)
We're still investigating on a way to prove the investments without revealing too much information (any suggestions, please pm or forum).
It seems like the trend since pirate ran away is to be more careful with the investments, I like this trend, but i don't like to read 'scammer' or anything similar in this thread (but as long you feel you're telling the truth and got the urgent need to tell it to the world/forum, don't stop posting. i just don't like it
)
If you feel like, report us to anybody you know as scam or whatever title/word you find for us, but please report your negative experience with our service here in the forum, or tell it to me via skype/pn, i'm sure i can clear things out for you (if you're not completely prejudiced)

There is still remaining an amount up to 66.00 BTC which can be invested to our savings, limit will be increased by 100 BTC today at 8 p.m. (CEST/UTC+2) before tommorow the rates will be decreased again to normal (1% extra will be gone).

Mybitcointrade.com is up again, but due still running mainteance it's currently not possible to add funds.
Withdrawals are working with a delay.
Sorry for the long time it took, but we are still not finished completely with our security updates.
Pay out for the fonds of the last 2 days will be transferred during the day.

There is always more than one possible conclusion (regardless the topic).
I don't need to agree to your conclusion just because I understand your thoughts and no I don't agree.
Seems my world is a 'little' bit brighter than yours. (No offense )
I don't agree, that anyone who is investing in a potential scam is foolish, because if it turns out that it wasn't a scam you're the fool who missed it. Of course only invest with care in anything, especially on the internet.
I would agree with the 'fool', when you're saying someone is investing his whole money (or a very large amount) in something like this or similiar, but in this case it wouldn't even make a difference if it's a possible scam or a fully legitimate (high) risk fond.
In my eyes it's not foolish, but it has something to do with the trust in the coins and also of course with the trust in the people. Obivously there are many people out there who trust us (thank you at this point) and also some who don't. I'm repeating myself when saying, it's impossible to satisfy everybody.
For later I think it won't affect your reputation that/if you're wrong, because you're just saying what you think and have (as told by yourself) good reasons to think that way.

For sure as long there are only wins, no-one will really ask where the money comes from.
How do you know we won't give an explanation in the case of lose?
As soon there will be loses, we will give an explanation why and what happened. Not at least for not losing our members. We're are here for communication and since the beginning we're behind our customers, that's the way we stay on.
We gave an explanation how we earn money, not sure if a (more?) legitimate investment is doing more?

auf dieser liste steht so wirklich jeder....
micon hat sich im forum angemeldet und ab dem 20sten post hat er nichts anderes gemacht als betreiber als scammer zu betiteln.
Ich habe mich bereits mit ihm per pm unterhalten.
Er ist der meinung mybitcointrade.com ist betrug. auch wenn in nun über einem jahr noch nie jemand auf seine Btc warten musste.

Currently we're trying to encouter them with more clarity of our investments, but it's not easy to convince someone from something he/she 'figured out' by him/herself.
Anyways we're not in need to convince them, if they have fun spreading gossip and rumor, they should feel free to post it. We can't stop it but we can relay on many satisfied users over the time, so we'll go on no matter what they post/say.
Of course it would be great not to read such threads about our buisness, but that seems to part of it...
We encourage any user who has any (positive and negative) experience with our services to post them here. This way we can probably encouter this reproaches a bit, as long we keep looking for a solution.

To ensure greater clarity, up from now IPOs/shares and fonds are explicit single listed.
To ensure more security, withdrawals now can take up to 60 minutes, we hope you feel comfortable with that.
