At the current state of the project Foundation status is not needed. Probably once REA got some awareness on the market then it would probably have sense
REA firstly has to prove its capability for creation coins that dont have any bugs. Only then take care on project's status

According to ur point of view most of crypto will die? Huh Or what do you mean that REA will survive?
Even Vitalik Buterin told that in long run most of crypto would not exist, and only strongest one with real usecase will survive! And this particular project is one of such projects. So, yes, REA will survive

Agree, however as you said there are some leaders in this industry already. Competition will be big enough
Competition is not a problem! I would even say that competition is the key for the progress. Competition gives a life truly spotless projects

Token will be traded not only on crypto bridge exchange. There will be several ones. Each new listing will improve the liquidity
There is one more problem: lack of  buy support. It usually happens to the young projects like this
