Just a look at the monthly trend of bitcoin price over the 8 years , you will see a positive trend and will eventually see an uptrend and eventually  beat its all-time high of 64,000 USD

Ethereum is a great coin, it has gained so much attention and value since it found get functional use in launching ICOs and to power smart contracts, decentralized apps are also nicely run on the Ethereum network. ICOs, Dallas are areas that are still going to have much growth and development in the future so ethereum will likely ncrease in value

Re: Banks will always be against cryptocurrencies?
by

I have read reports of how banks have frozen the bank accounts of persons who they suspect to be dealing on cryptocurrencies even when there are not explicit law against the use of cryptos I such countries. The goal is to scare people off from using it because they know that it had the potential of changing how people see money

Re: Don't be discouraged! Keep holding.

I bought bitcoin when it was around $14,500 in January and I am still holding because I am not discouraged.  I have great hope that bitcoin is going to increase in price and volume in some years to come.
it is very courageous of you, you are certainly a strong crypto enthusiast, it will pay off eventually as bitcoin will move past that and even surpass its previous all-time-highs and you would have made your money back with some nice profits in addition.i am encouraged by this

Re: What are your plans with your Altcoin?
by
suzanogbomo

Initial coin offerings are still worth investing in, there are still some projects that still were able to surpass their ICOs price on listing on exchanges, things will even get better when the market goes fully bullish, some projects are delaying the listing of their tokens to achieve maximum price

Re: Why everyone becoming the holder?

A healthy market should comprise of both day traders and long term hodlers, the day traders help keep the market busy and active , creating liquidity while hodlers help keep the price above certain levels by creating some sorts of scarcity. One has to choose which ever suits them best, there is no right or wrong group

Re: Without ETF , can expect a huge bull run
by

We could have a bull market even without the approval of the bitcoin ETF by SEC, we hit 20000$ early this year without any ETF proposals, just ordinary people taking interests in bitcoins and making an investment out of it. We just need a repeat of it but on an much more gradual organic growth, away from manipulations

Re: Ethereum Reduces Block Reward | ETH GPU Mining Will No Longer Be Profitable
by
suzanogbomo
on 10/09/2018, 23:17:46 UTC
First of all, mining difficulty for Ethereum has gone up astronomically, then the introduction of proof of stakes consensus, coupled with drastic fall in the price of Ethereum  and now we are having in addition to the above  a reduction in the block rewards. It is going to make a lot of miners less incentive to continue and stop altogether

Re: Do You Think ICO investors are Decreasing?
by
suzanogbomo
on 09/09/2018, 23:03:54 UTC
I think ICO investors are decreasing day by day. Many well rated ICO projects can't make even the soft cap! I think this fall of ICO is happening because of the lack of investors! And many Investors stopped investing because of the bear market. What do you think about this?

they decreased my friend. the reason is that long bearish trend. nobody knows how long it is going to take so people are not aimed to invest in icos as they do before. they dont want to risk.
The long period of bear market has some far reaching consequences, draining the market of funds, that included funds for ICOs. Over 800m was raised in July, 2018,August was about 400m,and we may not even raise that in September if the market does not change. We need a bull market else it gets worse

Re: How long will bounty programs stay with us?
by
suzanogbomo
on 09/09/2018, 22:57:27 UTC
We will always have bounty campaigns to promote different cryptocurrency projects in as  much as the space keep developing. There will always be some new ideas to be deveolped and a marketing strategy comes along with that.bounties will always be relevant as mainstream media do not promote projects

Re: The quality of the bounty has dropped very badly.
by
suzanogbomo

The problem is compounded by the fact that the general market is highly bearish, so it is unlikely that new coins sell at reasonable price at listing on exchanges, with only a few examples or very good team/project.Imagine Ripples-a well established coin-is currently trading at 90% it's all-time-high .that's why bounties are less profitable now, they will day dormant for a while

Re: ICO without whitepaper
by
suzanogbomo
on 06/09/2018, 23:58:44 UTC
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
The importance of a white paper cannot be undermined, it defines a profit goal, every details of what the project is all about, some technical information, problems to be solved, etc. Any project without one obviously has a long way to go and will likely not get the support of investors

Re: What will actually happen if bitcoin price continue to drop?
by
suzanogbomo
on 06/09/2018, 23:49:53 UTC
Bitcoin drop in price affects everybody invested in cryptocurrencies, miner's are already stressed out, profitability is almost at its lowest, altcoins are toast in price, traders are have a hell of time making  profits, ICOs are finding it finding it difficult to hit soft caps, YouTubers are having less views, everyone is affected

Re: Should I Convert My All Coins into Bitcoin or USD?
by
suzanogbomo
on 05/09/2018, 23:42:48 UTC
I prefer to convert my holding to bitcoins during times of  market downward trends, If i convert them to USD, it is almost like leaving the market, plus the fact that that you can not really tell when the market suddenly go parabolic, that is why I prefer bitcoin, I may lose some value but it will eventually recover.

Re: KYC for Airdrops: A bad precedence
by

KYC for bounty campaign is stupid, but KYC for Airdrop is recipe for disaster. I would never ever share my ID and I don't understand how can people trust this projects and their founders.
hilarious but the truth be told, you made some nice points here, we have more scam airdrop scams than we can count, it makes no sense to arm scammers with tools that can help them hack your valuable accounts,or use your identity for illicit deals. I would avoid such altogehter

i personally do not trust airdrops that require you to provide identification documents , i question the rationale behind it, you are giving out tokens for free, there should not be any legal restraints why you can not do that, the space is not yet laden with regulations, how about those that buy from decentralized exchanges?

by
suzanogbomo
on 04/09/2018, 23:59:13 UTC
The days of bitcoin selling for less than 5000  USD are gone forever, even as this last bear lasted for over 8 months, we never saw bitcoin go below 5800 USD let alone 1500 $.,the cost of mining a bitcoin is about 6000 USD and as such no one will sell below that price.Wall street are very wrong on this

It is not yet confirmed if we are in a bull run, but the signs abound that we are in a better market and it is gaining more momentum by the day, if the current price is sustained for another one week or goes slightly higher, then we can be sure we are in a bull run finally

For this year 2018, the maximum price for bitcoin will be 20,000 USD if the bitcoin ETF is not approved, but if the bitcoin ETF is approved, we will see bitcoin in the range of 30000 to 50000 USD by year end and possibly 100,000 USD by the middle of 2019. Adoption is going to be explosive

Re: Downsides to crypto
by
suzanogbomo
on 03/09/2018, 23:42:32 UTC
It is almost inconceivable that the world powers will relinquish they powers of money control to adopt bitcoin as the global currency, it will not be practicable for bitcoin to cover sever trillions of dollars in global trade. It will make some individuals richer than nations which is bad for society. Not a good idea.
