The third release candidate for vTorrent Core v0.8.2.1 (RC3) for Windows and Mac are ready for testing.

This release (v0.8.2.1) is mainly focus on improvement and usability of the client (UX/UI) which all will be carry over once/if our ZEC's based zero-knowledge fork is ready, superseded the current version which is mostly based on ShadowCash with our own improvements.

Screen image from new release candidate (RC1 but RC2 is also recently available) wallet which is still being tested before official release.

No one knows for sure apart from developers but it is positive sign that this update or perhaps next.

No expensive S9 miner to buy, no BTC to BCH conversion costs, a fraction of electricity, no cooling cost, no sound proof cost (S9 does very high pitch noise) and don't have to worry about competing with new more powerful miners coming online increasing difficult before ROI.

Venture capital people make a lot of money by investing in people with just a business plan.

This is the best time to invest, when there is nothing but evidence that the developers are hard at work.

When there is something, it will cost 1000x more to buy.

That is all there is to say.

It is more profitable than S9 miner on Bitcoin.

Just buy some on Bittrex and PoS stake using your wallet with cheap computer.

This project has more people like you stopping the community from growing.

Active development and developers that do not hype but code.

Yes their silence gives people like you room to create FUD, keeping people away.

It is one of the greatest projects in all crypto, but you want to keep it down.

Some of the best technology goes into vtorrent, but you will only accept the project when the last pixel is perfectly in place. But you will give other project a free pass on these things.

All crypto projects are now worth over $500bn and not 1 single project has real world users. It is all just 100% speculation about what the future might hold.

vtorrent is no different. Except for once exception. It might actually be used by more people than all other crypto projects combined. In which case, it is one of few coins worth the speculative investment.

I think you are better off in the stockmarket, crypto is not for you.

I would compare it to ZenCash, which is a ZCash clone with some extra features.

vtorrent sounds like it will be a proof of stake ZCash clone, with Bittorrent. I hear people talking about $20/VTR to $200/VTR when everything is fully released, open source, etc.

Probably worried about the cops. But Bittorrent software is legal in most countries, but who knows what the situation is like in some Far East countries.

The vtorrent white paper posted recently on the vtorrent dot org website is so good it seems like it can only have come from the developers
