Bounty restrictions can fix few problems facing project price drop after listed on exchange,
1) if any dev want to avoid dumpers then they must limit bounty participants, the limit the participants they better ,if a bounty only request 300 participants at highest and the 300 became a dumper it won't hurt ,unlike 2000+ participants
2) devs should forget bounty when still on ICO ,allow bounties after your project finished ICO successfully and make your project is doing great before allowing bounty

Perhaps you are right, but what is the point of doing bounty? If the reward is paid to you within a year or two. Or do not pay at all. The project will not develop. I don't think bounty will dump project tokens much. The percentage is too small compared to the total number of tokens. It usually ranges from 2 to 5%

Let's explore all the possible ways of how we can actually curb this menace in the cryptospace.

People try to console themselves with something. They need faith that the price will go up again. So it is easier to transfer your mistakes. But we all understand that growth may not be.
The price falls down due to the fact that they deceive update their network. Many projects leave the ETH network and launch their blockchain due to network congestion. From my own experience I can tell from all the airdrops that I know the top projects were only: Vite, Ontlogy, Dfinity. All others were shitcoins 
Yes, most projects distribute a penny AirDrops. They even sell then hard. Rarely come across good AirDrops, so I stopped from doing.
Sometime we found bm not fair about token allocation. All bounty hunter must have felt this and if our protests are certainly not a lot of things we can do. As a bounty hunter we should also be careful. Do you have this experience also ? and what are you doing after that ?
