This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, we’ve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community. 

Our aim is to put animals first and we intend on developing ongoing relationships with pet shelters to help adoption.

The coin is scam, she does not have any application or amazing technology (at least for now), all who buy it are speculators, and the volumes of the coin are also speculative and it seems that the developers are also involved in this.
Also one of the criteria by which you can determine whether scam is a coin is information about developers, and this currency does not have it at all.
What can be the confidence in the currency when nothing is known about their developers?
Developers, instead of promoting the currency throw only dust in the eye, supposedly the opening of new exchanges and the holding of various events.
I just bought this coin the next day, I lost half my money, and the next day half more from the rest.
I do not recommend investing in this currency, it is equivalent to throwing money away.
