Working on updating info at coinmarketcap and coingecko, to update info with TAG ethereum token. Tagcoin.org already redirects to tagbond.com, so do most of the links.

Tagbond.com is running main net and rinkeby networks, and investigating setup of Layer 2 network to run NFTs and ERC20 tokens, with TAG being the currency to perform actions within that chain. At some point, will add TAG to swap contracts enabling better liquidity.

On Tagcash, working on release of updated app built on Flutter, which also has feature to create your own mini apps. One of those mini apps in production is a non custodial mini app for Ethereum/Tokens, Bitcoin and Stellar/Assets. TAG is used inside the app, to pay for mini app template rentals, or as rewards, or for whatever people want.

Since the closure of btc38.com, Tagcoin lost it's main trading exchange. However AEX.com is the new exchange set up by the owners of btc38..based out of UK and Hong Kong I think, and it is now being traded again..

We anticipate the price of the TAG Token to be around 20 US cents (10 pesos), when we open the Token Sale in January 2018. buying Tagcoin now represents a discount on that price as you can get it cheaper now, burn it and re issue it on the TAG Blockchain. If you wanted to trade coins and assets on the exchange, or create your own assets, or use the various other services we are building you will need TAG Tokens. But it's not urgent. We will keep the Burn and Add option open for the next 10 years..:-)

The new coin is already available for presale to Filipinos only and can be bought via the Tagcash Wallet app, under TAG Trader. They can be withdrawn to your Multichain TAG Wallet, untill such point we have the HD section available in the Tagcash Wallet app, then you9 can have your own private key and manage from there.

For the old TagCoin we are offering a Burn and Add - I can do that manually, you just need to burn it and send me the TX-ID and a new TAG Token address from the TAG Multichain. We will be making a module for that in the Wallet, and on the website but it's not done yet. The same burn and add service will be done for any other coin as well.

The public sale of the new TAG Tokens will be late January, priced at 20 cents...so this gives people to buy TagCoin at a cheaper rate right now, and add that to the new TAG Blockchain platform. Using that, you can then create your own Tokens, add and subscribe to streams, trade with other Tokens, upload data to the chain etc.

@Timelord2067 - We are doing an ICO for a new platform...so if we do the swap as you suggest, then we have nothing left to sell..the idea for the ICO is to raise money as a venture fund to fund up to 500 startups that will build products on top of the Tag Blockchain. And you are right, I am NOT interested in buying old TagCoin, I am interested in bringing the TAG holders into the new platform, as you can do a lot more with it there. And for the next 10 years, the new TAG Blockchain will effectively have an option to do traditional mining for the new chain.

We will be doing a 1 tagCoin to 1 TAG Token swap - we are burning it for something potentially more valuable. The price at the ICO start will be 20 cents (10 pesos), so that will raise the price up of TagCoin. Of course you are welcome to keep the old Tagcoin, this is just an offer we will be making for the next 10 years. If I didn't do it, then TagCoin would effectively not go anywhere.

There is more utility on the new chain, including decentralized trading against other tokens or Fiat money, as well as writing more data, and well..more that you can build with it.

@Dabs - Escrow not really needed..we will create a script so that it accepts it, burns it and then issues new TAG Tokens to an address you give, with proof of burn transaction ID and address recorded on the TAG Blockchain. Saying all that, you are welcome to do escrow, but the old TagCoins must be burned with proof of burn so we can issue them on new chain

@Funnymyth - you can run nodes for building explorers, apps, wallets..or just as the command line usage...but the admin and mining nodes will go to larger investors in TAG on the ICO, or later if user amass enough TAG..we are setting that as 100k USD for a masternode in this case..that masternode address will then have admin and mining rights. Any future changes to the chain must be agreed by 75% of the admin/miner masternodes. You can see those settings on the explorer at http://tag.tagcash.com

Updated white paper to raise USD 16m (800m Pesos) via Token Sale of new TAG for TAG Blockchain running on Multichain. 15m of the fund will be used to fund startup apps that build apps and solutions using the TAG Blockchain.

Of the 100 million Tokens fixed issuance on TAG Blockchain, 80 million Tokens will be sold for 20 cents (10 pesos) each, 20 million tokens will be kept for the next 10 years for 1 to 1 burn and exchange of existing TagCoin currency.

Tagcash will be running it's own exchange for tokens and Fiat created on the TAG Blockchain - other coins can be exchanged (not burned) for same name tokens on the platform, for either decentralized trading or via the Tagcash exchange.

I have been pitching the Pesos on the Blockchain concept for a couple of weeks now, and although the level of knowledge is not that good, hopefully it will get better. I am presenting to the banks here, the idea of a permissioned blockchain running on Multichain, which is the only way that the central bank will accept Fiat Money on a chain..making headway, slowly..

I've been experimenting with Multichain more, and am leaning more towards setting up a "New Tagcoin" as the currency underlying native currency of Multichain, with thousands of assets being traded or used in the new chain. We are updating the Tagcash Wallet app and site, so that it uses the blockchains we have in use, allowing for either managed account where we manage the addresses, or the user can create a private key for the "external wallet". I am open to ideas on what to call these..."managed and private?" or internal, external?... The format of the private keys and addresses will be the same as Bitcoin, so it will be easy for others to develop SPV and Light wallets on top of the chain.

For issuance of 100 million fixed New Tagcoin, will enable 1 to 1 burning of old Tagcoin to New Tagcoin, and setting aside 20 million for 10 years at least.

If anyone wants to create their own Token / Currency on ProofCore just post in the thread here with details as follows. If you install Multichain, connect using multichaind pcm@proofcore.com:3000, and give me an address (getaddresses in multichain) I will manually create your currency and send some PCM so you can transfer it around to others. We are creating apps to be able to do this yourself, but for now doing it manually.

Once you have the asset issued to you, here are some commands to use:
getmultibalances - see how much PCM and your Token you have, split by address
getaddresses - list all addresses in your wallet

send address amount (sends pcm currency only)
sendasset address assetname amount pcm-amount - the pcm-amount just sends some of your pcm currency to someone at the same time so they can then spend your asset.

For now and in future, the price of PCM currency will be the same as TagCoin - you will be able to transfer TagCoin and have it exchanged to PCM at equal value - there are 100 million PCM issued, fixed.

Actually, they have that wrong - you can see the correct total if you do "getinfo" from your wallet...the true amount is just over 6 million coins.

You can now connect and create your own assets - I will send 1 TAG to whoever needs to do this, which will be good for 2000 transactions at least. I have described how to do this in the main post.

Once you have the asset issued to you, here are some commands to use:
getbalance - total balance of native currency TAG in your wallet
getmultibalances - see how much for each Token you have, split by address

- see how much for each Token you have, for one address

You can create new private keys outside of the chain and import them using importprivkey or importaddress if you want watch only. Private Keys and addresses follow the same format as Bitcoin

Different apps and APIs already exist that use the TAG blockchain, more are anticipated. Other chains can be created depending on customer needs, our own ideas or customer projects.

There are 100 million units of native currency issued (to be called TAG), which is needed for sending, creating or modifying assets, and writing streams.  80 million will be used for an ICO to furhter develop the applications currently under development. The remainder of 20m will be reserved for exchange against burned TagCoin cryptocurrency on a 1 to 1 basis for the next 10 years. This will enable PoW and PoS equivalent of mining, as the new TAG Blockchain is round robin consensus only.

We also have a large group of TagCoin users in China, with about 15 core investors who will be handling Chinese development, despite the recent exchange bans.

If anyone wants to create their own Token / Currency on the TAG Blockchain you can do it via the command line. If you install Multichain, connect using multichaind tag@proofcore.com:3000, and then type multichain-cli to get to the command prompt to start typing commands. Type Help for a list of commands.

To get an address to which you can issue a coin:
getaddresses - this shows a list of addresses (only one listed if first time to connect) - getnewaddress (to create a new one)

To issue a new token/coin with a fixed amount:

We are updating our existing Tagcash Wallet on mobile and web, and working on a new mobile framework using Fusetools. You will be able to create new assets, update them, trade them against any other assets and offer customers ways to spend them using the modules in the Wallet.

You can use the Tagcash API to integrate the chain, build your own wallet applications or use Bitcoin Libraries and open source code to make SPV wallets etc.

Yes, there will be bounties for development work done that will benefit the chains - we are developing wallets, and apps to use the chains as well, but if others contribute to the growth then payments will be given out in PCM. The Token sale itself will not be a quick thing, I want to build up a team of advisors, make sure apps and APIs are either being used or ready to be used to build on. We have done a lot of the work over the last couple of years anyway, so it's not like this is a brand new idea..

I am currently building proofcore.com up to something similar to the Waves platform, but using Multichain to build it, where different tokens can be issued and traded decentralized through android or desktop wallets. Currently all Tagcash Wallet transactions in PHP are on our PCM blockchain (ProofCore Money) and we are in process of converting client points wallets into Tokens as well.

There is a native cryptocurrency built into the platform, called PCM (ProofCore Coins for want of a better name)

I will be integrating TagCoin into the PCM chain in 2 ways. There will be a 1 to 1 conversion from TAG to PCM, or we can burn TAG to add TAG tokens on the chain...we will be offering this to other coins, especially coins with no dev support.

I may look at doing an ICO (aka Token sale) for PCM  in a few months, but untill then the equivalent of a presale will be done just for TagCoin holders and miners. There is a total of 100 million PCM tokens issued, with permissioned round robin validation (mining) done to earn from transaction income.

Moving forward, we will probably keep accepting TagCoin into Proofcore on a 1 to 1 basis, since there is no traditional mining or PoS in Proofcore. This should keep the value of TAG the same as PCM. It is a lot easier to develop apps on Multichain, since it used Bitcoin Core Protocol, along with all the libraries out there for Bitcoin.

Can someone here create a Windows Binary for the current github source code of TagCoin?..We modified the Chinese name so it makes more sense there, and I am having difficulties doing it from here..:-)..
