Found the problem:
i installed "Adblock Ultimate" for my firefox a few hours before.
I don't had any Problems on other webpages and i also try to deactivate "Adblock Ultimate", doesn't bring the charts back on coinmarketcap.com.
But after uninstall that adblocker the charts start working again.
Strange that also a deactivated adblocker had side-effects to this charts 

No i switched to another adblock and now i am happy.

Since approx. 2 hours i am not able to see any charts on coinmarketcap.com  
Anyone else also have the same problem?
I just got the message "Loading Data from Server ..." instead of the charts.
