yeah i think neo is good as he take in the 15 position in coinmarketcap, and actually neo is a good coin for investing.
same like ADA, but i prefer to choose ADA if you just have 150$, because ADA is cheaper from NEO.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?
