Can confirm... in order for any entry credits to be created, Factoids need to be burned. Factom Inc. has no special entry credit creation privilege, it is the same process for everyone. If someone buys entry credits through the Factom Inc. store, the intention is that Factom Inc. will purchase and then burn factoids to create those entry credits.
