What is your exact model of 7970

Flashing your bios is one of the ways to get your 7970 hashing at 700+. Let me know model and I might be able to advise

Hi all

Just wanted to share my experience setting up my 7970 vapor-x ghz edition cards. Couldn't get more that 550Kh/s out of them initially and even flashing the bios as recommended here: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=2963.0 Did not seem to help. After much messing about once I upgraded the CAtalayst and the SDK to 13.11b and 2.9 respectively it sorted me out. Now I'm getting 730Kh/s stable at 1.1v undervolted with the dual-x oc bios edited with VBE7.

They run super quiet and super cool.
