Cloudbet has refused to let players know what's wrong with their live-bet grading system. This issue has been going on since last week. I think they manually grade bets now.

Cloudbet keeps giving this canned response:

All bets are graded automatically as soon as our system receives official confirmation of the result. This usually happens within a few minutes of the event's conclusion, however occasionally there can be delays in results being confirmed.

Occasionally? No, it's been like this for at least a week.

Why does it take longer to grade live-in bets? Before it's pretty quick after events end. Do you issues with your grading system? I've been having this grading issue since last week.

They grade very slowly since cloudbet was founded, lol, and their support is the terrible issues too, they need to have 24/7 online chatting support, email is too inefficient.

I've been playing at this shop for a year now. Yes, they grade very slowly for pre-match bets(even it takes 24 hours for them to grade), but not live-in bets. Live-in bets are usually graded instantly.

Cloudbet is having issues with third-party wallet provider, so they have to manually process payouts. Hopefully, they will get this fixed soon.

Don't ever play at this site. They had system errors yesterday, so they could not grade my bets for at least 10 hours. Then, today, I requested two payouts(.7 BTC and .2 BTC), and they sent out without adding fees. Are you kidding me? Without adding fees. One could be a mistake, but two of my payouts that they did not add fees. Don't ever play at this site, they have alot of issues from deposits to placing bets. I repeat don't ever play at this site.
