Swap service update

The swap service has been put on hold until we release the new wallet, which will be available very soon.
It will give everyone 1 week from the time of release to complete any remaining swaps.

Any swaps that occurred after the rollback, at blockheight 89969 will be sent manually by the provider
of the swap service. From what I see in the block explorer that was 1 of around 30k.

Statement Regarding Burn

Addressed to the Phore community by the Phore staff.


As many of you are aware, we have been putting a great deal of thought into the allocation of post-burn funds. A vote was held earlier in the month of October when Phore's budget was low. The community decided on a 50% burn & 50% dev fund. Now that our budget has risen, we feel it is no longer necessary to keep 50% of the unswapped coins. Instead, Phore developer Phroshi has decided on a 100% burn of unswapped coins. To pay for future developments, 10% of block rewards will be allocated to the budget. At the end of the month, developers and development will be paid for from the fund amassed through this method.

For future decisions, a solid feature called Governance will be put into place through which all future decisions will be made by the community. Specifically, individuals who have Master Nodes will be able to have input on all major decision

The rich list's #1 address is the number of unswapped coins.
These coins will be burned on the 18th of November. The date when swap from KTK to PHR officially ends.

Another executive decision was made concerning listing date. To completely eliminate any FUD or mistrust and maximize transparency, Phore will list on its first major exchange AFTER swap is over.

I finally managed to get PHR running properly on a Raspberry Pi...

In case anyone else is struggling, here is what I did:

- install latest version of Raspbian
- download and compile libboost 1.5.8
- add jessie repository to the apt list
- download and compile libssl 1.0.0
- apt install libminiupnpc10
- copy over files downloaded from phore.io

Not sure if there is an easier way (it seems like there should be), but this worked for me, so I am happy 

I dont see a masternode channel... but I'm don't really know how to use slack very well... what is autocombine?

Okay I'm pretty sure I have the masternode up and running... guess I just wait and see now

So I retried typing "phored –daemon " ... it stalled out giving no response ... so I waited a while assuming its loading blocks... now I've typed "phore-cli getinfo " multiple times and waited... I get no response back... just a blank screen...?

Once the new wallet update is released with zerocoin/governance the block reward will be
decreasing to 5 at block 250k. Current blockheight 59615.

Plus 10% (0.5) going to the budget which will allow anyone who is interested in developing
for example services, apps, bounties etc to put a proposal to the masternodes. Votes that
pass get paid through the budget.
