40% saving comes from the elimination of middlemen through the usage of blockchain. You can see more information on page 18 on their Whitepaper

How? You DON'T. Don't encourage people to invest in bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general, possibly even making promises that it will multiply in the future. Take note that while it can multiply multiple times in the future, it can also lose it's value by possibly tenfold. Never ever encourage people to invest in a highly speculative asset. Just tell them the advantages of bitcoin and it's characteristics and that's pretty much it. You don't need to shove it down their throats like how most ponzi schemes do.

In this space, everyone is out to take your money if not outright scam you. Tread carefully, take time to learn, and be very skeptical of anyone who acts like an authority on Bitcoin/cryptocurrency. They're not. With money on the line, you should always take the opinions of others with a grain of salt.
