I dont really understand what will increase the value of the token?

Nicehash stores most of the mined coins on project's wallets. Such approach makes it vulnerable to attacks from hackers as it happened just two months ago causing financial losses and stress for the users. Contrary to Niceshash our project allows users instant distribution of their mined coins to their personal secure wallets.

Yes, indeed we reserved 3% of the tokens for team. These tokens will be passed on to our partners who help us. We missed the moment with bounty when preparing project. If we did it now, we would make a reserve of tokens for bounty.
