This usually means that you're not yet in sync and you have to wait until you see a "SYNCRONIZED" message on the daemon itself.

i deposited 10 ppc and even after 6 confirmations it still didn't show up on my account.

was gonna send the support an email but i had to watch a movie first. then after the movie the coins showed up. so, just want to let you know.
