Being just my second attempt at mining (First being coinye of which I have 68 million)

I've sank in a fait bit of FIAT into some hashlets, has anyone else noticed the drop in profitability on the site? the return almost halved over night!

Now what was making a couple of $ a day is now just making pennies, does anyone know why there was such a drastic drop with it?

Thanks

you petty fuck

taxes in my country are 25% and I would still pay them!

I have fucking  1000000 bitcoins, I'll still have 750000 after that

and I helped my country!

Maybe, Just maybe I don't want to support needless wars and occupying foreign territories!
There are still plenty of other taxes I will gladly pay, but not income tax! there's VAT, road tax, utilities are taxed!

I would place all fiat in off shore accounts mainly to keep the government from snooping on it.... there is nothing petty about having morals and not wanting to support unjust wars.

In a Bitcoin future, the delivery guy will have a QR code on his sleeve/cap. U can instantly tip there. Moreover, tip is not 'mandatory' anywhere !!! If it is mandatory, it is not a tip, it is the price.

There are lots of places that have an automatic "gratuity" worked into the bill.... I have removed it from the bill before now due to staff attitude, Sir you obviously frequent the lower end of restaurants!  Wink Wink Wink

anything to avoid paying taxes.  this is key.  practice the Republican agenda!

Damned straight! When converting to fiat it would go into an off shore account!  Smiley

I feel like I am planning as if I have the coins now! Grin

Bitcoin can survive and thrive as long as people have faith in it. the massive price high of this year is only more proof of what faith can do!

As long as people attribute value to it - it will remain valuable.

It may not reach those highs again, or it may go higher if a major fiat based economy finally admits it can't go on with it's perpetual debt.

Thanks for your warning, but if you believe it cash out and walk away.... I have a feeling you will be keeping hold of some coin "just in case" Roll Eyes

I'd sell 1 coin a day and set up a faucet with half of it to spread out the coin to try and keep the value up, Also set up an on-line grocery shop that only takes bitcoin that would bring the coin some real purchasing power for the future.

Network still seems healthy enough, are there any pools left? I may throw my small rig back onto it and mine some more!

That's a damned goo idea F1k, how do I set up a node? this thing is up 24/7!

My KOIN node runs on IP 82.157.202.78
The port for KOIN is 41338

Make the wallet you use for the KOIN network accept connection from the outside world on port 41338 and you're good to go.

I think I started my node around July 1st and I have not received any kind of complaints. I think this should help exchanges list the coin, as clearly there is no issue with KOIN.

Just checked my config file (I'm still on the original wallet and it still works 100%) Your node is already on my list!  Wink Grin

Question is... which exchanges will take the koin on? Huh

There's still 5 votes on there for it!

Soooo who with skill is going to rebrand the blockchain to lotuscoin or something lol
coins will still be there just not the same name

I don't think a rename/rebrand will help, it was tried a few months back calling it "koin" hence the name of this thread! Wink

Joined this pool last week, I love it, for a novice (like me) it takes all the guess work out of the setup... Only running 4 furys at the moment, but just ordered 6 more and then just need a sound proof booth for them, strying to sleep with them in my bedroom is like having a broken AC unit whirring and grinding away! +23 for this pool!
