if bitbills.com is shut down, then bitbills are worthless.

That statement alone tells me you know nothing about bitbills.

The Private wallet keys are embedded in the bitbill. Even if they got shut down you could still redeem it.

That wasn't a categorical statement, it was contingent on the premise that bitbills are only redeemable by software only provided by bitbills to convert from the card back to electronic. I want to know how the Private wallet keys are embedded in the bitbill. If I buy a bitbill, how do I scan and convert the bitbill to bitcoin if bitbill.com is no longer available?

I assume it has something todo with the QR code on it, although I am sure someone with more knowledge will be able to go into detail.

Careful, kiddos.

To be fully informed:  these are pyramid schemes, and only the first few joiners will make a profit.  If you join in too late, you will actually be forfeiting your BTC.

Just a fair warning...

There seems to be a few of these schemes in the Marketplace, you'd think people would know better.

Say you did all mining, wallet access and possible pool access over tor. Then say you ran all the coins through http://bitcoinlaundry.com/. And also say maybe you did full disk encryption on your hard drive using at least AES-256.

There is no such thing as total anonymity, especially not in this day and age! The HD encryption is good but I wouldn't do it on any PC/Laptop you plan on taking via an Airport.

Wikipedia is supposed to be filled with facts, not speculation and random quotes from a person who may or may not exist.

Supposed to be! Wikipedia editors have to many vested interests for Wikipedia every to be as good as a "proper" encylopedia, although it is useful. ARSTechnica had a great story on it the other week regarding short-selling.

Either way it looks like it will be merged with the "Bitcoin" article.
