Can someone explain to me how this is a scam? I see a working network and crypto. Where does the scam part come in? Did they steal private keys or something? Even if they premined 90% of the coins how is that scamming you? I thought in a scam there was a victim who loses money TO the scammer. Some of you idiots have just lost money to the free market and have no sense of responsibility for your own dumbass actions! But I trusted the team...You dont know them at all so stop trusting in these coins ffs and then crying when it doesnt hit the moon. Its been less than 2 months for crying out loud!

)If you follow what real core developers are saying like Van der Laan (dont listen to Gavin Wright is Satoshi Andresen), it will take many years, likely decades, for bitcoin to scale to anywhere near a major payment network.
In order for bitcoin to compete with just the ACH Network it would need to move $43 trillion and 25 billion electronic financial transactions each year. Thats roughly 125 times more transactions than bitcoin is currently doing very poorly. There is a backlog in the mempool so it cant even keep up with what its currently doing.
If you look at the transactions processed by the major credit brands (Visa, MC, Discover, etc.), it appears to be around 100 billion transactions. Thats 500 times more than bitcoin is currently processing poorly. Now were up to 625 times increase in transaction volume for bitcoin.
Pure EFT transactions (debit card) is around 50 billion per year. That adds another 250 times more transactions worldwide than bitcoin is currently doing poorly. We are now at 875 x current number of transactions that bitcoin is now doing horribly at keeping up.
Its safe to say that at minimum it will take many decades before bitcoin can be made to effectively scale enough to just replace the ACH Network. It could possibly take the entire lifetime of the youngest bitcoiner on this forum before to could scale enough to take over all major worldwide financial transactions. If it could be made to handle that kind of volume, bitcoin would need to change from its current 5 or less transactions a second to 56,000 transactions a second and the blockchain would fill up the New York public library.

Yes this is like trying to play Farcry 5 on a DX2-66MHz ... there is evolution everywhere. Lightning will take care of Microtransactions and the Blocksize was never intended to be 1MB. Satoshi implemented it and left a paper how to lift this. Why it was not done yet on mainnet is what? Politics? Strategy? The future miners will bring more cpu capacity to the network while saving energy - Internetspeed doubles and SDD cost nothing. So there is no reason to be worried about "decades". When DX2-66Mhz and then DX4-100 came out nobody was aware that computer speed will double each year ... so let us wait and see ..
If we compare Bitcoin to the early beginnings of the Internet, there were 9600Baud Modems (the ones where you put the phone-receiver in) - sometimes emails needed hours to go through due to using the same protocol like websites and i remember downloading Diablo I Beta for 36hours for about 120USD total. So compared to fees and speed and congestion this is basically the same ... give it some time to mature and look what we have today. SMTP / POP / IMAP and sometimes HTTP for Emails - so consider Bitcoin Core 0.15 (Not even 1.0RC) as a very early stage and wait for the development ... mass adoption is happening 300.000 new accounts per day on coinbase do not lie

There is development - like offline codes and everything is running nicely. But as far as i can see nobody of the team earned a penny yet.

EVERY Exchange holds B2X since it is a hard-fork.
Some support it and trade (see website), some just keep the balance and steal from you, some just wait if somebody comes around and pays them 100k to "unlock" it.
This is how it works - so all go ahead, abandon the ship - sell your freecoins.

It shows all signs of a good project, like support, activity, updates, github and results.

I just read the Centur board and I feel bad for the people holding those tokens. That is one project that won't end well and I feel the same about TenX. Seems the only choice is Monaco and i'm glad Kris created a great platform and product. Its going to be like Costco competing against a Quickymart.
Centra Card is trying to copy MCO and like in the beginning of Monaco, the cards do not show a Logo (Master / Visa ...).
So they are min. 6 month - probably 1yr behind.
Well, people that have missed the MCO train might try and jump onto this.

The future token B2X in their platform is only for a real team SegWit2x by Jeff garlik. So B2X in hitbtc is different from B2X here and in exrates.me.
So it is scam 2X.

Cancel you sell order and you should be fine.
So waiting for pictures and the LTC txid from you to help you or help others to identify a scam.
(BTW Exchanges usually not scam within trades - they will just come up with a maintenance message and that's it.)

is this coin being supported on any legitimate wallets like Coinomi or Jaxx yet? Their official android wallet is shady and I'm not going to download the entire blockchain. Has anyone just deposited it directly to an exchange like yobit or hitbtc?
can't deposit anywhere... all deposits are stopped. never active. you can trade b2x only if you got them 1:1 if you had btc on exchange.
The situation at the moment is a bit of a change in the industry.
While big exchanges want listing fees to up to 100.000 USD and Nano Ledger for the hardware wallet 500.000USD, there are new decentralised exchanges coming that will not have these high and not explainable fees.
Perhaps B2X just does not want to pay this.
If it would be a "scamcoin" then the first thing they would have done is "bribing" the exchanges to list them and make profit.
This way it takes longer, but the pressure to list B2X is rising with more miners getting on board.
The numbers you see on the walletbot on telegram are of course the selling-pressure of a lot of miners trying to get money for their electricty bill.
I bought for 3000USD there and closed 20 over positions, because they only sell for that price what they HAVE TO.
Difficult situation at the moment, but solved hopefully soon.
I think platforms like next.exchange would be type of exchange to start with and would follow the philosophy of the coin.
Since i am not involved in B2X this is guesswork, but my personal assumption.

Started mining when on the official pool, DIFF was low and the pool was finding blocks, but the payout for each block was 0. Ended up moving to another pool where the block reward was correct.
The official pool pays out after 100 Blocks - and works normal.
There were no coins lost, but due to not many miners initally it took a day to pay.
Probably you missed the payment in your wallet.
Diff was a bit low initally, but as long you do not run 100 Miners it shouldn't affect you much.
Same old, same old.
Stop whining and flaming.
Edit: Payments now received every 3h from official pool

This is new - perhaps you should not download it with a 2G connection.
Later do not forget to add the nodes.
