Re: [Group Buy] AVALON ASIC CHIPs from 0.080BTC + Miner Assembly from 60EUR

Hi bizwoo, I'm interested but got some questions:

- Does the miner require all 16 chips or it can run with 5-6 chips?
- In that case, will it have sockets so you can upgrade it buying more chips in the future?

Thanks!

How do you know those are transfer fees and not just change addresses?

Is there any problem with anonymous mining? 50BTC used to pay daily until April 27th, then they changed (without prior announcement) to weekly payments and paid every Saturday (May 4th and 11th). I was expecting a payment yesterday, but none arrived.  Huh

It's been working well for weeks so there must be some problem at the pool side...  Sad

Hi, I was going to register at FastCash4Bitcoins but it says "not available for international users". I'm from Europe but i was expecting to be paid by paypal, so I'm still not allowed to register and sell my bitcoins at that site?

Thanks

Thanks,

so I can think it was something not common, right? At the end, after the third confirmation, the next ones came fast, in a few minutes. Total time was under 2 hours.

slow transaction

Hi,

I sent 0.1 bitcoins (brand new received from Slush's pool) to an Mtgox address. I included a 0.0005 fee. I'm connected to 56 nodes. It took more than 1 hour to get first confirmation and now, 15 minutes later, just 2 confirmations.

I don't know if it is normal behaviour or there is any problem with the network. Since I'm still learning, can you help me understand? All my previous transactions got confirmed much faster...

Thanks in advance

It would be nice if there was some kind of test to enable automated promotions from newbie to Jr.  For example, I've been reading these forums for quite a long time, but I didn't registered until I needed to post, so I'm not exactly new. I think I can answer advanced questions about bitcoins, and also It's not the first time I write on a forum, so I'm not a newbie. A simple test with 4 or 5 questions would allow people to prove they are ready to be "freed" to the "adult" forums.  Grin

Hi, I'm new here. Bought an Radeon 7950, sold my old Nvidia, sold the 2 free games which came with the Radeon, and already mining at 520Mh/s to pay for the upgrade.
In March I mined 1,7 bitcoins and sold them at Mtgox at the end of the month at almost 100 EUR/btc so 7950 is already paid.  Grin
