If you have enough to spare you could run the electric motor from the inverter also which would then create a loop and run 100% free.

I just noticed this gem on the first page and it reminded me of images like this

https://i2.wp.com/free-energi.com/1_06.jpg

This works, i can confirm. The trick here is to close the loop really fast, so the electricity can not escape.

Seems like the miner exploits some bug on the server side that causes the hashrate/reported shares to increase without actually contributing to the network hash. This is why it doesn't work on other pools.
I got the same feeling. This theory also correlates nicely with the bad luck the pool has.

I would like to ask the dev to confirm or deny it Smiley

Maybe I'm wrong but I think, this miner use some trick working on MPH only.
And I think that on other pools zFasminer will don't generate any extra profit.
When zFastminer will be working with other pools and will mine others shitcoins, profit will be much great.
If I'm wrong dev may correct me Wink but I don't think so.
THX dev again for Yours work Smiley
... and the MPH pool "luck" is probably so bad because of the trick Wink

Re: ETH GPUs miners beware!
by

There are rumours that Bitmain has set its sights on ETH and will be releasing an ASIC in Q2 or Q3 of this year!

https://www.cryptoinfomag.com/2018/02/12/eth-asic-arriving-soon/

Just FUD. Nobody is stupid enought to dedicate resources to create an ETH ASIC knowing that the main chain Ethereum may go PoS at any time this year.

Do you think they will sell this? they will mine a lot before they do that, nobody will public say it, people will never notice why their profits decreased 1000%, right now if you are earning $1 per card, with asics will be $0.10 hehe per card per day hehe and if you pay $1000 for a rx 580 then will take billions of years to get your roi hehe, another planet has to be born for the trolls paying $1000 to get their roi hehe

Right now, prototypes are already mining a lot of eth hehe, you think gpus are increasing the difficulty that fast? think again young padwan hehe

This is so much fun, while idiots are buying rx 580 for $1000 for 30mhs, bitmain and co are bulding eth asics that cost the same $1000 for 300mhs hehe
I just love this guy, hehe Cheesy

Speak to an electrician over randoms on the internet.

If you can afford 25 ASIC you can afford the few hundred dollars to install breakers and get the right advice.

This. Also, let professional build you mains and use 3 phase pdu's on top of that, i use these http://www.ebay.com/itm/381781937275

2 of these popped with quite big bang 3-5 minutes after i plugged them in. They were DPS-1200FB A versions, bought from the ebay.
I suspect it is just faulty fan what does not start up, dust or whatever reasons since these were second hand. I checked the second one with thermal camera and the surface temp got over 100c just before it popped, in normal situation, the fan will start when the surface temp is somewhere near 60-70c already.

I do not use any adapter boards, i direct solder the wires.

According to this http://www.coindesk.com/ethereums-big-switch-the-new-roadmap-to-proof-of-stake/

POS intruduced with Casper will be rolled out as gradual, every 100th block or so will be "mined" with it only, so it seems they will take careful path there.

Hi guys,

Do you have any idea about the hashrate of 1060 mini?

I am just starting my mining rig and due to the scarcity of AMD cards, I am really trying to find better or cheap nvidia alternatives.

Thanks

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Mini 6GB GDDR5 does 19+ M/h with claymore and stock clocks.

DwarfPool in maintenance, or new Scam ?

Nobody know, but i think all very strange because just one day in a falling of eth, they stopped pay us.

not is possible only us, are mining in this pool on this fórum.
nobody talking about?

i changed to ertherpool

it's a very ancient big pool i doubt it's a scam just a maintannce, maybe their front isn't working like happened in the past, or they have technicals other issue, yes i'm right check now "Due to technical maintenance the website will be offline for a short period of time. All your shares are calculated, all pool servers work. The main server will be migrated. Payments will be started as soon as possible."

Precisely because of this, they filled their pockets of money with our work and now, they disappear, and as the friend below commented, precisely with that gigatesco dump. They dominate more than 50% of mining today.
Calm down, they have a maintenance.
