Registration on the Redemption Technologies Platform only requires an email address and password. A customer paying with a cryptocurrency has usually left a business before a transaction confirmation can occur, leaving merchants feeling insecure. There are quite a few exchanges. It seems like the regulatory burden would keep most new exchanges from being developed unless you have a huge bankroll to get started.
