Thanks to Eric I have my zenminer up and running after some initial software issues.    I swear he never sleeps.   I send an email and he responds in minutes :-)

My zenminer status shows 0 mh/s.

I ssh'd into the zenminer unit and found that cgminer is happily running with somebody else's pool config.

Update : Zenminer support got back to me pretty quickly saying the wrong software image was loaded on my device ... they're going to provide the correct one.   I'm sure these guy are super busy right now.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered already - Is the Zenminer a one per customer deal or per miner ?   I order furies from weeks 1, 2 and 3 prior to the end of the promo.
