Comunque finchè la transazione non è confermata puoi riutilizzare quei btc come input per un'altra transazione (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Double-spending).
Personalmente importerei le chiavi private coinvolte in un altro wallet e sposterei tutto su un altro indirizzo.
