After extracting archive, you get some DLLs and the exe:

But it isn't a real app. It even doesn't have SaveCoin icon like the real SaveCoin wallet.. It's a self-extracting archive:

It seems to be an AUTOIT script stealing your data..

Edit:
Tried to unpack IQzTm.com, seems to be not possible, but I've copied its contents to notepad and then saved it. Changed it's name from IQzTm.com to IQzTm.exe and got this:

Transaction doesn't need a fee in some cases. Bitcoin-qt adds a fee only if it's necessary. Transaction will be confirmed, but you will have to wait a bit more.
