This book is shady. I've made a lot of wagers here but today they blocked all my accounts for seemingly winning too many free bets in the chat trivia they run.

From a support ticket:

"We do not allow more than one account per user or environment where connections are shared." - Nowhere in the rules does it say this. There are a ton of users on the site with WAY more accounts than me. The only mention of multiple accounts in the rules states they cannot be used for defrauding the book or circumventing bans/limits.

"They also found these being used for circumventing our promotions when playing trivia." - I use three different accounts, but I've only ever played the trivia or any other promotion on one single account at a time. I was well aware of the rule regarding this and made it a point to never break it.

Try your luck in the middle of the night.

Jenny, what percent of withdrawals were "caught" for manual review this month? (Hint: 100%). Stop advertising instant withdrawals! What you're saying here is incredibly misleading / flat out lying.

Your reply makes it sound like it's only a handful of withdrawals getting flagged for manual review. No. Every single withdrawal now requires a manual review. Instant withdrawals no longer exist on your book.
