It seems there are a lot of people wanting refunds at this point. I do feel bad for the people who paid in BTC as that is the method which you have much less recourse.

Has anyone who's got a refund been an international customer? I'm in Australia and I'm wondering how this is all going to go (refund wise) if you're not in the USA. I guess there's no reason for the courts/FTC/BFL to care much about international buyers. That would be a problem for our legal system, banks and such.

I held on to my hopes for as long as I could, I don't see this going anywhere.

I currently have nothing to contribute that hasn't already been covered on this forum. I do not wish to post a message just to meet the quota, to me that is spam.

I have been directed towards a post that I think may be able to help me in my efforts to gain a refund from BFL for a 7+ month old order.
