You're going to need to email support to see if they can help you. There was a specific window of time to send old coins to be swapped and it was heavily announced everywhere. If you missed the opportunity, you will need to email support to see if they can help.

I posted a ticket to Yocoin Support about 500 yocoin losing when implemented a transaction to C-CEX. When the Maintance completed, all coin lost. one month later, there are not the answer that Accepted. Yocoin Team say me contact C-CEX. C-CEX talk to me contact Yocoin team.

i currently have 210 yocoin at old offline Yocoin Window wallet. I didnt know this method to convert to Etherium before 08/30/2016. Now! how can i change to Etherium?

i lost 500 Yocoin at C-cex when wallet maintance. i asked Support they show me contact Yocoin Support. I contacted Yocoin, no answer, no one solve my problem.

i cant click start button in window 10, can not enter Window setting. So, i deleted account live. i login again by user admin to window and run Bitcoin wallet offline. All balance is 0. I reinstall Bitcoin wallet software and updated, backup wallet.dat to orginal bicoin folder. They just show history Transaction. Balance still 0 Bit. HELP ME

Minh đang gặp một rắc rồi nhỏ. Số là cái window 10 tự dưng dở chứng không click được start, store cũng không vào đc, setting cũng không vào được mình xóa cái user dang nhap đó đi, tạo cái mới thì vào bitcoin wallet đang trữ lạnh trong máy thì về 0.  Cry Lấy file wallet.dat để backup lại thì chỉ ra được cái lịch sử giao dịch không có balance đâu cả. Có bạn nào giúp mình không? 0964.782.576
