It's either one of the reasons why your account has been closed. So based on that email response to you, there have been 11 possible reasons that they're looking at for doing that decision to close your account. But sometimes, they could also be wrong with their assessment and that's why what you can do for now is to hope that jeremy will escalate this to the reviewing board/department and have your case be looked upon to again. And, if there is another decision that's been made whether it's good or against you then you have to respect that.
