slush doesn't seem to be listed, probably skewing what that chart looks like... seems to happen from time to time when one pool or another's stats don't get included

I'm also running a PowerColor 6970.

I've had better luck with ATI Tray Tools than MSI Afterburner in getting the memory clock down... and for ease of use.

I'm running my 6970 at 960/350 now and it's running 5-6C cooler than it was at 940/1425.

Also, with the memory underclocked the "power control" no longer seems to make a difference... I get 400-410Mh/s regardless of if I'm at 0% or +5%.

I think the power control kicks in based on the total draw of the card, so my presumption is with the memory drawing so much less power I'm not bumping into that limiter anymore.

My 6970 is clocked at 940MHz and in the Overdrive control panel I set power to +6%

With these settings I get 398-402 Mhash/s.

Without the +6% power, '-v' causes a performance decrease.

Could be, I name my miners "username.xgpu" or "username.xcpu" where 'x' is the first letter of the machine name...

In Account Details for my workers it always says 'N' under the 'Active' column.

I presume this is supposed to be some kind of indicator of 'seen a share in the last 15 min' or something like that but it doesn't seem to be working.  Either that or I don't understand what that column is for.

Your transaction will be there the next time you log into the wallet... it may take a few minutes to show up as the Bitcoin program connects to the network and retrieves blocks until it gets to the one containing your transaction.

With the power bumped up, mine's now sitting at 75-76C.  I've got a case with good airflow, used to have 2x nvidia 8800GTXs in here so the single 6970 is less of a heat challenge.

You're right... if I set power to +6-7% I get 397-400Mh/s with "-v -w64 -f0"

Must be bumping into the new PowerTune limiter on the 6xxx cards.

I've got the same Powercolor 6970 that mindtheft mentioned. 940Mhz/1425MHz

I get ~360Mh/s with defaults in guiminer/poclbm (guiminer 2011-05-21).

If I use "-v -w64 -f0" or "-v -w128 -f0" I only get about 315Mh/s.

With "-w64 -f0" or "-w128 -f0" I get the same ~360Mh/s as with the defaults, so the "-v" appears to hurt performance for my 6970.

Been trying out swepool for the last day or so... noticing some intermittent connection problems on my miners but generally they seem to reconnect after a few seconds to a minute or two.

I noticed in the settings page I cannot change my payout address.  Tried several times and always just get a blank page after clicking "Save" and the old address is still there when I go back to Profile.
