I think it would be better if you make the text in the original post clearer. Are you looking for people who will play poker on your website and get paid for that? Or is it something else like a referral program? If you're compensating some players for their time on your website, I think it could help to attract more people if you mention the main info in that post. For instance, do players play with the money you give, or do you give just a fixed compensation for a certain number of hours? Do you have any requirements for these players in terms of knowledge and skills of poker? How is the payment calculated and how many hours per day (week) is a minimum that would be of interest to you? Maybe with such info, people who aren't sure whether they're interested in this offer, will make their mind easier instead of just moving on.
Thanks for the message. BitPoker is looking for Agents to find players. How it works is when these referred players play, there will be a small % of rake for every round. This rake is shared with the Agents and company. Theoretically the Agents themselves doesn't need to play to earn these rakebacks, as long as the players they referred plays.
Some of these Agents do play with the referred players, so the more they play, the more rake they earn. These agents make sure they have different groups of players to play with, and they most likely wont play for the kill. All they want is stable rakes for many rounds. So this is a sure win for agents. The more they play, the more they ensured their referred players play, the more they earn behind the scene.
Most of BitPoker's Agents treat it as a passive income when they play, as they are not active. But there is a possibility that for full time agents, they are able to keep churn good income. Thus earn while you play.
There is no skills needed, but if you are a pro poker player that will greatly help. As long as you have friends who wants to chill n play poker, there is no harm trying to be an agent with BitPoker.
