Guys, we will not burn any token if there's some left. The reason for this is, some private investors have already agreed to come onboard, and they are willing to buy those unsold tokens higher than the ICO price. Look, our hard cap is 250M USD that figure is not your normal average hard cap that you see every day. Although we are confident that we will hit that target on our own (with community's help) but in an unlikely scenario where we fall short of our goal this is where the unburned tokens will save the project from scrap and cancelation. Case in point, after crowdsale and we only got 200M USD the unsold tokens worth 50M USD will be divided among all private investors. So instead of just burning it and get absolutely nothing out of it, we made something productive out of it. Guys, you have that this project is high tech, it needs tons of money to develop. So we will need all the money that we can muster.

Yes. But we would prefer if our community will be in a large part of that 250M USD hard cap than the private investors. That is why we have this crowdsale.

I don't think any giant company would want to go with blockchain at this moment. Regardless of how well established a company is, everyone has their own secrets which they don't wanna show to the world and we all know that the blockchain is transparent.
It would be like overhauling the whole Facebook platform if they integrate blockchain technology and I think it will be a huge task. Conversely, startup platform like REPU which will be developed from scratch has the big advantages with regards to integrating such technologies.
What would Facebook be using a blockchain for I wonder. It's more or less an advertising company now, so what do they care if the data is decentralized?
They don't need to cecentralize the whole platform. They could for example use crypto for payments like their advertisment and boost stuff for professional use. Also they could implement an reward system like Steemit has based on blockchain. I don't think they want to decentralize the whole, but there are different things they could do.
But why do need a blockchain for that? The blockchain is used to prove no one changed the data in between. Which Facebook user cares about that? It's full of fake news and ads.
Makes me also wonder why Repu needs a blockchain. Does anyone care about the blockchain features behind the rating?
Well I think the blockchain feature can be usefull for Repu. You can be sure that the rating itself is not manipulated, at least not after it was given. For some usecases it could be a very usefull feature.
for example human resources it would be nice. but not only for ratings regarding the employee its also usable for giving a feedback to the hr manager
is there any reason why an employee should rate an hr manager? where is the point?
the point is that people can evaluate the behavior of companies so they get more or less attractive for employees

Yes more than 7 millions dollars in this hard period is really a good amount I think. We can say that mark.space token sale is a sucess. Now I want to see what the team can do with this money.

This is one of those projects which will either boom or fail. I'd be interested to understand if there are any points of contact with other crypto projects in the same area of activity, like LiveTree or Flixxo, or others I am not aware of.
i am curious too. well th be honest I don't see the point of the nested of the decentralization here but I like the idea of the project anyway

They won`t get near netflix if your talking about movies and funding films, one movie alone if your into sci-fi will set you back into 13million usd just to produce one, your best option is monthly subscription rather than pay what you want.
You are right. Netflix is the "brand leader" in this part. But so far there was no significant competitor.
I wouldn't say that Netflix will decrease users in Europe since their bandwidth is not that big
amazon and sky are other big competitors with a different field of targets

Time will come that people will soon realize that Sphere will be a better alternative to Facebook. It just needs a critical mass following and everything will fall into place.
Not sure about the soon but yes, someday people will have to realize that the Facebook era is over.
I have a great confidence that sphere will be better than facebook in the future. It just need a regular innovations after the platform works.
