Thank you! I know the community appreciates it and I bet it saves friedcat a lot of time.
Seconded
Just casted my votes. Thanks.
THe questions are all so good that he should just answer them all. If he receives this entire set of questions it would most likely only take him 10 minutes to reply to all of them.

Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It
it doesnt seem up to date for this week since it is showing just over .012 but it should make it halfway up to the .016 line. THank you very much for the graph but do you also know how often it is updated?
Much appreciated.

Is this weeks mining dividend still right around what the last few have been even with the low hash rate over the last couple days?
Can someone tell me what the last 4-5 weeks dividends were for mining alone?
From my personal experience with bitcoins, I believe once btc rises to 500/1000, many share owners will become greedy and look for the NEXT big target. 2k? 5k? 10k?
There are already potential millionaires from early AM investors, yet i'm sure many are still holding onto their current shares... Heck I'm sure Friedcat and his team could retire now and most likely never need to work again in their lives if they cashed out now.
THis! If it makes it to $1000 I think there would be no stopping it at that point.

Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It
I'd also like to begin phasing out our less efficient GPUs
LTC mining?
Hi Carnth. As you may know I've switched our GPU rigs to LTC mining on a number of occasions when there was an obvious benefit do doing so. This has helped us maintain a yield that's higher than we'd otherwise have been able to achieve while we awaited our consistently delayed ASIC gear. At this time LTC difficulty is 633 and due to jump over 20% in 16hrs. Some of the original GPUs that the company was founded on are already only marginally profitable as it is. I've replaced worn out stock fans with hideous(but effective) kludges on the 5830 & 6950 and the 6870's fan doesn't sound too perty these days. The 7770's and 6770's(which undervolt and overclock well) should remain profitable for awhile still. The rest of them will not when the necessary computer to keep them chugging along is factored into the equation. They're just not efficient enough for these difficulty levels.
Cheers.
Any chance you will have shares on Bitfunder?

Sorry for the delay guys, I am settling into a new job so I am working out how to balance a full time job with my side projects I will try to be more on time next time. //DeaDTerra
Thanks a lot for posting to let us know. Delays only worry when we dont know why
Can you pay out the dividend! Not sure why you are a full day behind BTCT. THe quicker you are the higher prices will be so it is in your best interest IMO
Relax man, it hasn't even been 24 hours since the divs have cleared from AM.
fair enough I just thought they usually pay out at the same time. I just find it weird that bitfunder prices are so much lower than btct right now even though btct has already paid dividends. Also, volume is 4X more on btct in the last 24 hours and I assume part of that is because they pay the dividends more quickly. Volumes have not been that spread before.
PS: quick question, what is the minimum shares I would need to switch from bitfunder to btct? (just curious, wont necessarily do it as I like bitfunder)
Arbitrage eh? It's a minimum of 250 shares to withdraw from BitFunder.
Its more about wanting to keep the shares for a very long time and not wanting to worry about liquidity. If you guys think bitfunder will keep up with BTCT then I am not worried at all. Trying to make .03 per share because of the price different is much less important to me
Liquidity will ebb and flow between the exchanges. It wasn't long ago that BitFunder had many more shares and volume than BTCTC. This could easily happen again.
thanks for your input, much appreciated. I will leave my shares be and keep reinvesting. Asicminer has been by far my best investment bitcoin related.

bitfunder is always paying out 1 - 2 days later...
if thats the case i cant believe bitfunder prices are cheaper than btct right now since you are also snagging this weeks dividend if you buy. Usually prices are pretty darn close!
