MEW is the best wallet for ERC20 tokens. You can add manually using smart contract address.

If you are hodler, don't keep tokens in exchanges. Use wallet where you control your private keys. Paper wallet (offline) is the most secure for me.

ICOs are amazing, you have to do your own research always, no matter what people say. It's your money and you decide what to do with it. There are a lot of good projects, you need to read and research.

I think the flippening will happen, not soon but not too later. Next year Bitcoin will lose some dominance again, like 2017.
