Hi, thanks for your question! We're currently focused on making webchain user friendly so it works as well as possible. However, we will start the process of adding our coin to exchanges later in this month.

1.20% premine for a pow project is too large;
2.I check the guide but still don't know how to send coins to other wallets;

Hi, about that 20% premined, consider that we're not holding any ICO or sale. For more info about wallet transfers, please check answer #51. Also, we're currently using this Discord Channel
Regarding GPU, there's not a GPU miner available for webchain and we are not planning to release one, since we focus on CPU mining.

I would like to mine the coin immediately but I can not create wallet and address for my rigs.
It is likely that I have to wait to see GUI wallet to mine the coin.

Sure, we are working on it and we will be releasing a GUI Wallet in 2018-3rdQ .
Meanwhile, well be as helpful as possible about guiding you and other people needing a GUI.

I don't know ow how to use those codes, so I will wait to see Windows GUI wallet to get address and mine the coin. Thanks for your help.
A guide for those Windows users that have no clue about how to run webchaind miner from console:
Steps are easy to follow:
1) Go to Webchain: the basics https://github.com/webchain-network/webchaind#green_book-webchaind-the-basics. Here you will see a list of all the possible commands that you can use, from how to create a new wallet to how to access and mine Webchain.
2) From CMD, PowerShell or your preferred console, go to the route where you stored webchaind.exe
a) Lets say you stored webchain.exe in the recommended directory

$HOME\AppData\Roaming\Webchain/
where $home is your C:\Users\UserName pathb) Input the following command: cd c:\users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Webchain and hit enter
c) Once youre there, you can write all the commands that webchaind.exe can execute!

When you release the GUI wallet make sure you explain how we can import the keys/wallet we created with the "webchained". I created the adress (minig right now), but I don't see any files generated.
We'll keep it in mind. We are actively working to bring you GUI wallet and web wallet soon.

in what directory should i use this code (windows 10) i have the wechaind files in desktop
You could put it under your %LocalAppData% folder.
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Webchain
