Today i just surprise today all BTC in my wallet nicehash account gone , so i have to going check IP history log , i saw (2017-08-15 04:16:39 -IP: 187.64.238.23) and (2017-08-16 23:27:40 - IP : 191.180.110.81) there IP from Brazil, So hacker login to my account i was make order (#3728198 Payment order ) I have to open case to request refund btc to wallet nicehash no help they blame all faulty to me about password not strong... something like that but they not admit they security have mistake  they said"According to our TOS, we are not responsible for customer's local security, whether 2FA was activated or not and choice of bad password or using same password on other websites." it not true why other website i'm got hacked only nicehash i got hacked ? why they not make security for email confirm when customer make order ,if account got hacked , hacked can't make order if not confirm active email . Anyway i dont' hope they refund just want Warning be careful your wallet in this fucking website , sorry my english not good i hope you guy understand my mine.
