Curious to see what a hybrid exchange can bring to the table

All started with the rampant scams that happened back is 2017-2018. Those where the years when ICO was booming and a lot of promises were given and failed. These days most of the crowdfunding are regulated and is very very secured with some guarantors like those IEOs. Though which brings me to the point why they aren't growing, the market has been stagnant that even bitcoin isn't moving at all almost. Plus there are no new or upcoming revolutionary atlcoins/crypto projects that will wow the people. The best thing i saw from all of the crowdfunding right now is with NEXT.Exchange as they propose a hybrid dex and cex. The IEO was also launched on thier platform and p2pb2b. The rest of them are all ... meh.
