Ethereum is a very good coin but the market is very volatile we can not just blame one coin for volatility, also the price of ether in the past few days rises and maybe there is a chance that it goes up more, hope for the best.
For a starter you have a good amount to invest, but invest it wisely on top altcoins that are cheap, and dont invest in just one coin you must divide you investment in portions, but altcoins and also for a safe side invest in ether, btc as well.

The beginning of the bounties was very good and then there comes scammer and they ruin the market, people still invest in projects after taking precaution but if it is a scam they can not do anything, so if there is any way to get back what we invest or punish the scammer we must stand to deal with such.

Actually the wish of yours is very different and i have never seen a post like this so this also attracts me, but brother the problem if a bounty project wants to promote itself they must offer their own coins, if they offer BTC what is point of their project promotion ? although this is a very good idea but i dont think any project will adopt this.

The problem with the new commers they just don't follow up any project do not study the project and claim that as scam which no doubt damage the reputation of a good project as well. So before commenting any project scam they must do some homework some research otherwise do not say a word about a preject they don't know
After a long time we see a growth in bitcoin like today. It gets higher than 9000. It is possible the market is coming to its condition that was on 2018. Let's hope for the best it is already said by experts that 2020 will be a good year for crypto.
