You really have to send first, cause how oneself is going to trade for your certain Altcoin if you don't send first, more importantly don't just trust green trusted members here, some of it is a bought account you might be scam for just as little as 0.001BTC

I will handle this for you if you like and I have done similar a few years back as noted in my trust. Its not a massive deal, just pm your contact details and the exact task for the coin wanted etc. There are escrow services, sounds similar to a request they might be involved in.

Honestly, you can do it yourself if only your IP is blocked by the exchange by using a good VPN you can find yourself one by Googling it and save yourself that 15$
Also, you can trust some Legendary and hero members with no -ve trust here I am sure they will not scam you for just that small amount but be cautious.
the VPN ip is blocked, and the country ip is blocked too, you can only buy that coin on that exchange so i cant even use another exchange

Idk guys, I successfully bought PPT with 500 ETH at various nearby price levels, but I see that the big buy order that was there for 3700 ETH has dissapeared, this is not good news.

This project is over, this SEC ruling has decimated all crappy ETH ICO tokens, it's over , accept it.

Hey calm down guys PPT is still hanging strong, idk about the SEC ruling and how it will affect PPT, but I am sure the dev team can handle that. This project still rocks.

The PPT market is creazyy, I read somewhere that market moves up and down 50% daily. You can make a lot of money here from trading.
