Yes, the email function is down at this time. We are working on it and should have it back up this week.

If you provide your address, I'd be happy to look into the discrepancy with the reported profitability versus what you have been paid. If you don't mine continuously with us profitability can vary greatly depending on how lucky we get with larger coins. This will even out over the long run and as the pool hash rate increases. My personal accounts are very similar to the overall pool profitability.

I can't speak for other pools, but http://coinfu.io doesn't try to exploit the system by switching pools when a reward is due (however we do think this is a poor coin design). We also have implemented hashrate spreading to limit the hashrate going into a single coin. We try to mine multiple coins at a time if possible. Not only does it defeat the purpose of the multipool by crushing a small coin with a large hashrate, but the pool could potentially start orphaning it's own coins.

Cryptsy didn't show any of our transfered blocks so we weren't able to trade them until they got that sorted out. The profitability is back to normal now.

uberua: Your payment went out tonight 0.00528708

slimdim: Your balance is below the threshold of .001 BTC. Once you mine a little more you'll get paid tomorrow. The site currently shows no balance, but it's close to .0008 right now.

The pool was taken down to upgrade the servers and fix some things as a result of the attacks. It will be back up tonight. Sorry for the downtime and dropped connections.

We've been under attack since yesterday afternoon PDT. We are finding and fixing holes as fast as possible. As long as you can connect to the pool mining, it is still good to go. Our main goal is to provide the miners with the best service and profitability possible. Keeping a failover server will keep losses to a minimum while we get through these growing pains.

If any of the other crypto currency services want to team up to share techniques and ideas to prevent attacks on the community we would love to hear from you.

http://coinfu.io

How to Get Setup
CGMiner Command Line Example:

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://uswest.coinfu.io:3333 -u myrig1_17b2Yu4jmErkcBQrL39QxCXc15WZYokzKQ -p youremail@gmail.com

Set the username of your miner to WORKERNAME_BITCOINADDRESS and set the password to your email address. If a worker stops submitting shares for over 15 minutes, an email will be sent to alert you. You will also receive an email letting you know when your worker comes back online. The worker name and email are optional, but both are required to get email alerts. Do not use "--no-submit-stale" for cgminer as this would prevent cgminer from submitting shares that you would otherwise get credit for.
