I am working this out the Bitmaintech support. They have been pretty helpful. I went to the store and brought an infrared thermometer and opened up a machine at their request. I tried disabling if temperature is above 80 C but it is NOT HASHING at all. I've tested this with 2 different working PSUs and still nothing. I think thermometer and board is defective.
My ambivalent temperature is 22 C. Here is the actual temperature (F, which is about 42 C): http://i.imgur.com/yCBcPVA.jpg

WOW. When did they charge separately for shipping? If you add in the shipping, it looks as if they never lowered the price to account for diff change at all.

I used to work for Cointerra. I didn't like the way they handled things there so I left. It was utter chaos in the beginning with people not sure what to do.
Many months later, I brought a Terraminer and it died on me. Cointerra wanted to charge me almost half of my machine to fix it. I should have listened to my instincts.
DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY.

48 hours and still no BTC deposit and they have went home for the weekend. This is getting ridiculous. We know where they are in Florida.

Over 24 hours now. Still nothing on my BTC deposit. Come on. It's BTC. Not that hard to maintain a server wallet.

I decided to try Cryptsy today after not having used it for over a year. First of all, my deposit did not show up and it is still missing - not showing up in my pending deposits. It has been over 20 hours now. Then freaking DRK wallet withdraw did not work. It says 'CAKE PHP FILE NOT FOUND'. Really?

The machine doesn't work.
I've already called, sent emails, wrote a ticket. If it is going to continue like this, I don't want to get store credit or do business with these folks.

It doesn't work at all. Machine starts and keeps resetting. It never hashes and never list a hash rate. Power supply has green light but I think it is the power supply. But the condition I got it in is really bad. The top is dented in. A capacitor fell out. Some dead bugs and really bad dust is covering it.
UPDATE: I reached out to Amber and let see what happens.

Did you see the pics attached at the top? Do you want more pictures of the box itself as well?
I'm working on a chargeback now.

GAWMiners - WARNING customer service and damaged/used products

What happened:: I thought I heard good reviews from other folks about GAWMiners. I brought the Gridseed A1 1.1 THS miner from them during the July 4th sale and it was a nightmare. They were supposed to ship July 7th based on the preorder and that they had a 5 day guaranteed where they compensate you for missed mining. On July 12, I didn't hear anything and decided to contact them. They are never online on their online chat and it always go to a voice mail. Now fast track to July 25th (today), I received a package from Hong Kong. The box was in horrible state. I opened to find a machine all covered in dust. It was dented and pieces are falling out from it. I can also see some dead bugs in it. I called, messaged, and left a ticket with GAWMiners to see what they do.
Tricky. I hope nobody sent money to that fake user. The private message is from bitmadrid. with a dot at the end.
DON'T SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS SCAMMER.

Great. My Terraminer IV is falling apart. 1 core already died and am not sure how to fix it. I want to get some thermal paste and see if that fixes anything but I dare not touch it. The remaining 3 temps are getting higher slowly each day. I hope someone starts a class lawsuit action against them.
