Apart from bitcoin, if i would have to invest in altcoins then i will chose BNB and Ethereum beacuse both of these have large community which is continuously expanding and the chances of growth are very high.
It's very hard to cover loss and you can't do that by participating in ICOs because good ICOs or IEOs which can give guaranteed profit are very rare and impossible to take part in as there are lot of contributors.
I do not think BNB can take Ethereum's place. Ethereum is the second after bitcoin and more popular of all altcoins for a reason. Although BNB is growing faster than ETH currently because of IEOs but still ETH is way popular than BNB.

Welldone, that is great. You sticked to your plan and didn't sell for small profits but people like me do not have enough patience to hold for long term. I still regret selling stellars in the beginning.

It's been months since the team decided that token sale will be commenced later. Any news? and i think the market situation is now better and team can consider about starting the new ICO or IEO.
With the recent changes in BTC price, altcoin is getting weaker against BTC, so, this is a good time to pick and fill the bag. Another important part is, after BTC bullrun, once BTC get stable, altcoin follow the bullish trend.

I think you became victim of phishing websites otherwise i don't think anyone can transfer funds from your wallet especially if 2fa is enabled.Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do now if funds are transferred to other wallet. Lesson. Avoid downloading unnecessary files from internet. Ethereum easy 2k within a month or two 
It's too early to talk about $2k, I'm going to go to $1k in a few months, because not always will prices continue to rise, there will always be a correction in the middle of the trip.

I was checking stats on coinmarketcap and noticed the volume on etherflyer exchange is $1.7M. Is this real volume? The supply is very limited and value can skyrocket anytime if listed on a good exchange.
The idea of doing IEO instead of ICO is great as ICOs are outdated now. After getting the license, I hope the team chose a good reputable exchange for the IEO as the success of project also depends on it.

It's basically a bet where you can make a prediction how a specific market - so far BTC, ETH and EOS are available - develops in 10 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours. If you think the market will go up, or down quite a lot, you buy a bunny card. If you expect smaller movements, both up or down, the turtle card is the right choice.

I think we can safely forget (and stay in long position) until MAYBE HODL in autumn 2019 (hope 2019). Until this date i will play with some PnD coins like cobinhood tokens, they tend to have good PnD spread and speed. Universa will sleep another months under radar. Too many milestones to meet, still much work to do. Still believing a bit in some success of project mainly just because there is almost no other reason to keep this charade playing except the reason that the team at least WILL to make things happen. All other (fraudulent) possibilities bleed with time, the last probable fraudulent possibility is to create a false alibi and run unsuccessfull project (unsuccessfull on purpose) to convince the court that it was a bussiness fail and not an intention. However this risk is still real if we consider some factors ... 
You are hinting at too unbelievable possibilities. Universa is a real project with a real long live plan. HODL + implementation in nearest future + long term partnership will affect the price.

So we're up about 60% from the low. I think the downtrend is broken. Now we will go up.
There were many good airdrops worth nice amount in past but currently it looks almost impossible to find a good airdrop and also choosing the right coins for the maximum return is very hard and surely it will take years to get to $100k.

So Rebellious team decided to change their plans and instead of launching their own blockchain platform now they will launch their own exchange. There are already many exchanges and new ones are emerging every month/day/week. There is lot of competition in this category.

amazingly, UBEX is up 28% today, surely those who buy at the price of $ 0,0005 will feel satisfied, will there be rumors that UBEX will enter Binance?
There are new coins which can be good and development is going on behind but apart from development, now a days the price depends on volume and new investors which is only possible if the coin is listed on big exchanges like binance. I personally knows some good coins with real use case but the coin value is low just because they are listed on a mid volume exchange.
Icos are not reliable anymore because of the lot of scammers claiming to collect huge funds just to attract more investors and to get their money. That is why investors are more interested in IEOS on reputable exchanges.
