I believe that when ever any cryptocurrency price is on the upward trend the corresponding downward trend will follow and vise visa

ICOs are not scam, they are like a conventional company looking for a start up through selling of shares to stakeholders. However, it's highly recommended that you do your own research thoroughly before buying from any ICO.

I like this project and the professionalism of the team behind it. However, I have seen lots of projects like this in the past that the greediness on the part of the team let's it down e.g bitbase.io. Hope this will not happen to efir.io project?

I don't think stocks.exchange is a scam in any manner. However, network stuff or inability to respond to query on time is not enough to call an exchange a scam. Moreover, the opinions has decided to edit it's point and I think the topic should be edited as well.
