I had a look through the source code and I would seriously suggest nobody use this application, there doesn't seem to be anything malicious but it is very poorly designed. It is parsing the Antminer web interface rather than hooking into the cgminer API. Loading the HTML interface on the Antminer takes up excess processing power and should be avoided at all costs especially on S1 which runs a MIPS based control board. Using this application could very well cause instability and reduce your hash rate.
I have been using it for some days not, I can not see any drop in hashrate.

Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.434 BTC for 180GH/s
so by the end of this yr, Bitcoin ASICs may actually drive the nm size further down, and not the usual suspects (Intel, AMD)!??
I will make a bold prediction here that Bitcoin will begin (maybe accelerate is more appropriate of a word) anothor revolution wrt ICs and new technologies to base mining as well as other chips on...
damn these are exciting times we live in
I will not call that a bold statement. pretty logical point of view it seems.

Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech launches a new line of ASIC miners - Best W/GH/s ratio
Fedex beat the living crap out of DHL for delivery, my units ordered over last Friday/Saturday are out for delivery. Faster delivery than even UPS express out of China- the previous speed winner. I am beyond pleased with the change in courier
Loosing .1657BTC a day whilst DHL cures their cranial rectumitis, but hey not like the difficulty is getting ready to jump (20%) and smoke what ever hope I had to ROI. Really wish this deal had worked out, making me look like an idiot to the investors, makes pitching the SP-30 a rough-starter.
6 Days and counting....
It appears US Customs is holding 2-SP10's for 5 days to inspect to insure it is not counterfeit. OMFG these idiots would not know their a$$ from a hole in the ground and THEY are going to know IF a circuit is counterfeit. This is a nightmare, mean while antMiners are flying into the country at record rates, correct me if I am wrong but aren't they clones? UGH Next I guess they will STOP music piracy..
You are wrong, probably thinking about the A1 clones.

Skal du kjøpe miner fra Bitmain så send meg en PM. Jeg har igjen noen kuponger til Bitmain sine S1 og S2 minere som jeg ikke kommer til å bruke før de går ut på dato.

Re: Whats available in asic script RIGHT NOW? Also Trustworty.
SP10 is second to none in build quality and reliability.
S2 was built to be a cheap box they can just toss at customers and lower the price as needed -- like the S1.
My S2 arrived as a pile of parts, i had to reassmble it and 4 of the hash boards were damaged in shipping so its hash as about 600 GH/s. Trying to get replacements but communication is difficult.
SP10's are super high quality, very solid performers and a bit better power efficiency. The web interface is very straight forward and simple to configure.
@ $3200 SP10 group buy VS $2599 for the S2, i would (and did) pay the extra money and buy the SP10 all day long. Both should ship within a week or two.
Second that. Spondoolies is the mercedes of mining hardware. s2 is a cheap nissan sunny.

Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner (1w/GH/s) Batch 4 is open for sale
keep in mind the cost of chips - there are 10x as many chips in an S2 as there is in an S1. If the chips still cost bitmain >$1.50 each (~$0.50/GH in an antminer S1) then they are a significant portion of the S2 price. add in a nice LCD, quality case (still tweaking the card support of course), and a PSU - a price drop to $2000 after coupon with delivery before the 14th of may would be fair, and a price I could afford a small premium over the S1 to buy. (fewer cords and better stacking for bigger mining farms)
I could do without the LCD and related display electronic circuits and instead have a 1050w or 1100w psu
Second that.

Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner (1w/GH/s) Batch 4 is open for sale
Got my two s2's today. Both where fucked up inside, Cards everywhere, bent pci slots. Plastic thingy holding the cards had about 50% survival rate. After assembling them back together one did not start and one worked at 650Ghs. After some hours of trying different things I got two new PSU's, XFX Black Edition 1250W and RECOM 1600W(Overkill but had it laying around) One are stable at 1Ths the other is working at 920ghs with row 10 showing only lines.
I feel the s2 is a step down from s1 when it comes to build quality and overall design. Next time pack each cards individually with bubblewrap and stick them inside the miner. Shipping the miner with the cards already in their slot is borderline retarded.
I had the same and found that the card that wasn't registering was missing one of the tiny resistors ("0") closest to the pci connection on the board. I replaced the resistor with some pencil and some silver conductive paint and it's working fine for a week now.
Thank you for that, will try it out. You got picture so I can see? I got no education in electronics so this wil be "monkey see, monkey do"
It just shows which resistor it was, it's slightly blurry. I've got no education in electronics either, but I saw the corresponding resistor on another board had a "0" on it, so figured it wasn't providing much resistance and just shorted it and it worked. It would have been RMA anyway, so I figured I'd give it a go.
Be careful though, I can't take any responsibility if something goes horribly wrong...
Found this online:

Usually they are used in single layer boards for connections which cannot be routed on copper due to density. In other cases, 0 ohm resistors are used as factory switches, when the same pcb board can be equipped in several variants, and particular connections must exist in each variant. Sometimes they are used as fuses.
Suggests you just need to bridge it.
Thanks dogie, I will try the wood glue + pencil shavings.
This rubber padding might have something to do with my miner coming in 1 piece.
Thanks for the update, I would still prefer to have my blades shipped all together in single boxes. I don't mind building also saves time at Bitmain end.
Could this be a possible option on the website ? would any other users agree ?
Not sure if Bitmain would take a group of concerns on board rather than just a few users so should take a count or a vote ?
At the end of the day it saves them hassle with RMA and pissed off customer if they just ship it how the customer asks.
Yes, packaging the cards by themself would be my choice.
