The BTC-BCY market will be delisted on 10/26/2018

Might be a good time to buy if you don't mind holding onto them until it gets on another exchange.  Would get 4x your money in that event.  I thought about buying but I'll wait until the 25th to make up my mind.

Hitbtc IS NOT SAFE.  Coins are taken offline for no reason and at a moments notice and never come back online.  They halt deposits and withdraws for no reason, no warning whatsoever and if that happens you're screwed.  They never respond to tickets, etc.  It's pretty obvious the positive reviews/comments are from employees of the company itself, just look at all the bad grammer, mispellings, etc.  Good luck either way.

I think it is good time to buy it right now, when the price is quite low. What do you think? maybe we should wait?

Buying back in at $10 and not a penny more.

Re: [ANN][ICO] HelloGold: Gold Backed Tokens from Live + Revenue Generating Business

Here an offical statement from the HGT team 5 months ago ....

Quote
The HGT was structured based on legal counsel in a way that ensures it is not a security. Part of that involves setting a maximum cap to any potential rewards that supporters may receive. Importantly, we are also legally bound to highlight that the rewards are given at the discretion of the HelloGold Foundation.
That of course is bullshit claiming that the $0.15 max gold cap is set so low to not being called a security LOL

Quote
Having said that, we've also structured the HGT Token Sale across 3 rounds unlike the vast majority of ICOs. This way potential supporters for Rounds 2 and 3 will be able to evaluate us accordingly based on performance instead of simply promises. Should we not distribute rewards to supporters at any time, the market will value us accordingly. What it also allows us to do is to provide more utility/potential rewards based on the feedback we receive from supporters prior to the next rounds of the Token Sale. The cap amount could be increased or possibly removed (should regulation allow for it - for which I'm personally expecting there to be much happening over the next couple of years) prior to further rounds of token sale.

Looks like it already happened and supporters valued your tokens real price based on perfomance and not promises.
2 more ICO rounds to come Cheesy
Also the claim max gold cap amount could be increased or removed in the next couple of years.Clearly showing they do not want to take the max cap away and Robin's claim back in may was a joke when reading that.I guess in may there was no more problem to take the max gold cap away according to Robin even there was no changes on crypto regulations.
Yeah each time creating a new lie for not willing to remove the max gold cap leads to a total mess.

Almost all of crypto are high risk high reward plays as everybody in this space are essentially startups (with many not being past proof of concept stage). With the GOLDX, we introduce a low risk low reward token to provide a diversification option for the crypto investor. As HGT is linked to GOLDX and based on the performance of HelloGold, a company that has already been running with close to 13,000 KYC'd users, it was designed to be a medium risk medium reward option for those in crypto. It remains to be seen how the market will actually treat HGT.
LOL medium risk because a company has 13000 KYC where 10.000 is activ and which all together have gold with a value of $150k LOL.
Yeah that volume makes Hellogold really medium risk.
Bunch of nonsense.

If you invested in that ICO i recommend sueing to at least get your initial investment back

Why are there so many idiots on this forum that speak bad english?

So you call 20 dollars decline in the price as it is down ?
It is normal for bitcoin price to have more strong movements in short time. Do not be panic

Thanks to everyone who replied.  I thought it might have been something specific like Cryptsy freezing accounts or going under.  But like some said it was only 20 bucks.

Well Said!

The time to panic is when Bitcoin goes sub $400!

Hey, I was wondering when bitcrystals will be tradable on the exchanges like Poloniex?
Hello,
Thanks for your question.

Several exchanges have expressed interest, including Poloniex and ShapeShift. We are discussing the details in order to enable the BCY exchange after the Token Sale.

Thank you for replying

Ok I looked at the diagram again and based on what I saw, it would seem like the burn rate would become less and less or would the burn rate stay the same but the price of bcy increases?  It's the part where EDS sends the bitcrystals to Guttenberg to burn, then they issue new pack(s).  Just curious
Hello,

I will try to reply to your questions.

There is a limited supply of BitCrystals (BCY), available only during a defined period - during the Token Sale right now. The price of BitCrystals increases every five days (the current rate is available till Friday, August 14th, 3pm Swiss Time).  This is for the price.

Regarding the amount of BCY which will be burned: this will depend on the game items which will be purchased.
After the Token Sale, the game items (mainly the cards), will be available only for BCY. Every time a player purchase a card, we will receive a certain amount of BCY (the price of the card). From the total amount  received from the player, we will keep 50% and send 50% to Gutenberg, which will burn them and send us the card that we will then send to the player (e.g. you want a card which costs 100 000 BCY, you purchase it and we'll recieve 100 000 BCY. We keep 50 000 and send 50 000 to Gutenberg. Gutenberg will burn the total amount of these 50 000 BCY and will issue the card, send us the card and we'll send it to you.)

I hope it's more clear, but don't hesitate to ask if not!

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

I am still trying to figure out how this site works, so excuse me for quoting everyone else.

I purchased a few btc worth of bcy during the token sale.  I don't really understand how bcy's are burned or how many ,estimated, will be burned during a given year.  I like the idea of burning but when I read the process on your website I became a little confused.  Thanks.
